Attempted to get a car loan here. Complete waste of time and effort. I gave them three weeks lead-time on the loan. Story would change from day to day. One day we are all set and ready to sign, the next we aren't. In the end they left me hanging. No concept of good customer relations.

Great credit union, the staff are super friendly. Their loan rates are excellent too. They have limited hours so I don't get in there much these days, but they are a 5 Star bank in my book!
