TD Bank Main St, New Britain

Very bad bad customer service very rude too. One lady there I don’t know her name but always cuts you off when U trying to talk. Very rude. Drive thru very slow. They need to hired more competent people.

The most UNPROFESSIONAL business (bank or other) I've seen yet. It fits however for New Britain

I went in to get some help with the app. I sat and waited for one of the agents ,not the tellers, to help me. Sell i sat, a lady was helping a customer,forever.the other agent, was on the phone,then he got off the phone,and never even recognized my presence in there. He got up and walked away,and disappeared. This was at the branch in down town,main street,new britain.

I wanted loilpops so I took a lot but then one of your dumb employees chased and threatened to call the cops on me but there free so don’t put out “free” loilopops if they aren’t say goodbye to my business

Omilie Maldonado,Glennis laboyis my wife and you should be a little considerate of me as a client. I told you that I work a third shift and left later than normal. Those people at td bank are very, very bad at helping the customer. I soon moved from Citio and will also move from one bank to another if we can feel better about our bank. I think your colleagues are rasistas because of my language. And according to you told me that I have the right to change my bank and the right to express my opinion 🤷‍♂️

The staff was unexpectedly friendly here but the service took way too long without as much as a polite apology. I went in for a money order which took 10 minutes and had to be looked at by a supervisor twice for an unknown reason. I visited the Hartford TD Bank rated among the worst and was in and out in literally 2 minutes. Do not recommend unless you have time to kill.

Terrible servise.. There's about 10 registers but only 2 tellers. The line nearly went past the first set of doors. It would be useful to have more staff especially on a Monday afternoon when your ATM is out of service. Great staff but poor customer service execution.

Awful system for signing in and they don’t respect the line or number that they give you. They need to update the system and have it better organized and better trained staff.
