TD Bank U, Old Bridge

I like this bank. very responsive and attentive staff. thanks for the good service

This isn't about any particular branch, but about calling TD and speaking with a rep. I waited 20 mins to speak with someone and when someone finally came on the line, rep told me I needed to go into a branch. After giving her my info and getting a code to my line via text which they have this number on file, she states she couldn't verify me and I need to go into a branch. Terrible wait time and service.

I waited 45 minutes for a debit card to be printed. And then after 45 minutes they called me and let me know that they were having technical difficulties getting me a new card. I will absolutely not be returning to this TD. I’ve never had an issue at any other branch before.

Started a business account in order to receive change to operate said business. Drive thru employees refuse to give me change even though I have a business and personal account there! Spoke to 3 different employees who gave me 3 different stories on their policies regarding giving change to customers. Was told that an account is required to track the transaction because one of their tellers accidentally gave too much extra change. All idiots at this bank on route 9. TD bank on route 34 gives me no issues. Extremely frustrating when employees do not understand their own policies. Shows an extreme lack of leadership most likely due to their weak managerial team.

TD everywhere is great but I feel this location has subpar customer service. It's good if your patient and have nothing to do the rest of the day. Lines take a while and for more detailed issues, the folks at the "desks" wander around more and help less.

Yesterday I had horrible experience at TD bank. First time since I opened my account there. I did spend 30 minutes in the line to get certified check, only 1 teller was was working. Usually it should take me 10 minutes and be done. There was 4 people before me waiting to be helped. I don't have 30 minutes to spend waiting at the Bank. I do consider now to move to other Bank.

The employees in this bank need some customer service training

TD bank is by far the WORST bank I have ever dealt with, I don't think anyone I know has anything positive to say about them. They are far from "the most convenient bank". They're goal is to make as much money off of you as possible in overdraft fees. How do they expect you to stay on track of your bank account to prevent these fees if their online banking app is never up and working? The reps in the call center are not in sync either, one of them will tell you one thing and the next will tell you something completely different and at the end you suffer the financial penalty. My advice to anyone who is considering opening a bank account with TD, STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS BANK. Their policies are ridiculous and they do not care one bit about their customers.

A little busy sometimes but they get the job done.

Lady was pretty rude when I asked her about getting checks. They don't print checks so you have to drive to another TD. They're usually good but line takes forever.
