This Liberty Tax location is an outstanding one! They really take time to explain things and help you to prepare your taxes the right way. Nelia and Tiffany were so welcoming! they even prepared cookies! Let other Tax locations learn and take a big example from this one! Thieves all the way. The new manager Tia will smile at you and steal at the same time. The owner Brian is will flag bad reviews so it looks like this is a good place. This is the worst tax place. They overcharge you for your taxes. They will charge you $1000 for a simple 1040 return. Don't go here this is not what it seems. They are scammer!!!!!!!

I have been coming to Liberty for years and I go to the same girl Nelia Rodriguez. Always charming, helpful, she take her time to make me understand everything, very transparent, makes you feel like family. She is very knowledgeable and if she doesn't know she will say it and will investigated for you and gives you the forms with the information. I had an issue that had nothing too do with taxes and she new the answer and direct me to the right people. She help me and she didn't charge me for the personal help I needed. Not only she knows about taxes she know about a lot of other things that has nothing too do with taxes. She is very knowledgeable. She is awesome! I recommended this place to everyone. She is the manager there and the best!!
