PNC Bank Bordentown Ave, Parlin

This branch seems to change the rules at will. Ive deposited into my account checks at the atm with my wife’s and my own name on them as co-signees and the checks have cleared with no problem. Now suddenly, they reject my latest check with her as a co-signee and say we have to come into the branch first to verify. Im currently waiting for a rejected check in the mail from them for almost 8 days now (i live 5 min from the bank). Just so i can come back with my wife for them to say they’ll clear it now. Very annoying and inconvenient! I have bills to pay.

This PNC branch is recently renovated. All employees are helpful and they know their trade very well. (Ernest helped me to open my account. He is friendly and easy to interact.) I must have visited this branch at least 6+ times in last 8 months. In every visit, I came back accomplishing the purpose I went for. They take customer survey feedbacks seriously. The manager called me after my feedback to make sure everything is fine. They listen to customers. Very good branch. I will definitely recommend this PNC branch to anyone.

It’s decent service for a bank. The tellers are fast and I find them friendly. I usually go on Saturdays so there are always the same two tellers. My only negative comment about this is the layout of the office. When I’m waiting to be helped by someone other than the tellers, you can hear everything that they’re asking the other clients. I just wouldn’t be comfortable talking to them about financial issues out in the open like that.

All of the staff in this bank are lovely and always go above and beyond for me.

This is definitely one of the better PNC branches I’ve been to; very prompt & friendly service. To the commenter above, regarding the $10 check cashing fee—they have a no-fee checking account available with no minimum balance. It’s worth opening so you don’t have to pay that fee. Also, if your employer has direct deposit available to you, take advantage of it; if they don’t, ASK! That way, it doesn’t matter which bank your paycheck is drawn on; direct deposit is as good as depositing cash! :)

My Boss uses this bank. I bring her deposits here for her. I also cash my paycheck here every week. They charge $10 to cash your check, ok fine. That doesn’t bother me as much as them telling me that I can’t use the drive through because I’m not a customer! I’ve been using the drive through for months and now they are telling me I can’t any longer because I’m not a customer?!!! I am paying them $40-$50 a month, for the past 3 years and I can’t use their drive through?!!! Then yesterday I had 2 checks to cash and I was told they can only cash one because I’m not a customer!!! Then they have the nerve to ask me when am I going to open an account there? Really?! Are you kidding me?!!! I WOULDN’T OPEN AN ACCOUNT HERE IF THEY PAID ME A MONTHLY FEE!!!! This is the worst bank ever!!!!! I will NEVER come here again and I will talk to my boss about changing banks, perhaps to the one right down the street!;)

They told me I couldn't withdraw my money cause it was pending. My hard earned 60 hrs a week money. I just went to a different brunch.

The bank says it is open till 6pm on Thursday's. But it closes at 5 as every other weekday.
