Every bank offers almost similar; if not the same product. As much as I have enjoyed TD bank in Germantown, MD; this branch has been a total disappointment when it comes to treating its customers. The branch manager fails to even acknowledge your presence until its your turn in line and then just palms you off to the next available teller . This was my 2nd experience with her today and I held off posting this after the first experience a few weeks back. The desk staff is helpful but lacks customer service experience. Will definitely move my $ somewhere else if this continues.

TD bank has been sending me offers to refinance a line of credit and I decided to check them out. Visited the local branch and met with John, a senior and very knowledgeable customer rep who guided me through the process. He and his team worked as a well oiled machine, Cathy from underwriting was great. They use an independent appraisal agency who sent a seasoned appraiser (Steve) familiar with the local pricing. In the end we were approved for higher line of credit at the best interest rate available on the market (you have to have the credit score and the equity in your home for this). All in all a fantastic customer service experience, in my opinion this bank is headed successfully to the future. Many thanks to their entire team !

I love this branch. John and literally ALL the great people that work there have saved me from some terrible situations that had to do with fraud on my accout. They are just awesome and help me out with anything I need from a simple account balance to printing statements from 5 yrs ago. I wouldn't go to any other branch. ♡♡♡♡♡♡♡

Alex TD Bank was extremely helpful to me. I needed to have some things done on my account. He told me he would take of them and he did. He called me back and assured me the situation would be taken care of. I have been a TD bank customer for over 10 years. Its representatives like Alex who go over and beyond that keep me banking and coming back with TD.

This location is great and it really serves our needs. We opened a joint checking account and John has been simply exceptional in his service from the moment of greeting us at the door to completing the transaction. You get s personal sense at this location and someone who is not doing you a favor meeting your needs. We are definitely transitioning to this being our go to location. I have had other banks with branches where the manager doesn’t even pay attention when he sees there is a line waiting with one teller. The manager Jassemine is great too. It is definitely is a warm, welcoming place ready to serve your needs. Highly recommend John for your needs and you won’t be disappointed. His personality just makes you feel welcoming and offering great customer service. Thank you John.

Worst bank ever. Basically my account has been locked for no reason for 2 months and employees (Carina Alfonso only) tried her best to solve my situation but the back office or whatever is doing nothing for 2 months. Incredibly bad customer service but at least Carina was nice and comprehensive
