They told me once I got my car back then they gonna call my car lan lender to see if It can get lower interest rate n lower court ayments but Pinnacle group won’t answer any of my calls. Paid off auto loan. Ended up paying more than $13,000 in interest to PFG. They wanted an additional $63 at the end of the contract for "late fees" before closing out the account. Was late paying the $63 "late fee." PFG then contacted the credit bureau to notify them of the late payment for the "late fee" which has now negatively impacted my credit score. Hey Pinnacle Financial Group execs, you won't be in business for long. Your unethical ways will catch up to you. Consumers are wising up and loan sharks like yourself will not last with upcoming generations.

A complete rip off I see lawsuits in their future. My car was totaled insurance payed them everything except $1600. They hacked me for that money and come to find out when I did eventually send them a check in gap insurance paid some of the money to them, when I called to get a refund for the overpayment I was told my account was closed and paid in full and they didn’t see an overpayment. Stay far away from this place!!

This has got to be the worst financial institution Today. my story is so long I Can write a Mini series . So I will save my story for the bbb but if you are able to get out of your pinfin contract. Do it ASAP

Very rude and unprofessional. They don't note your account. Have really bad attitude. oh yeah and they hang up in your face. Susan is beyond rude. Tony isn't any better.. this whole company is fraud and should be shut down.

This company is the worst business I've ever dealt with and they are SO NOT military friendly at all! My husband pay date changes whenever he is placed in orders and although we send documentation and explain the situation; we are still bombarded with phone calls,emails, and late fees. Auto Bank was bad but Pinnacle is definitely worse! It should be against the law for this company to bleed you like they do. Save yourself! Do not do business with this company! EVER! Update 1/15/19: This company is still THE worst! Just made another complaint and this makes number 7 in less than a year. The best thing to do is NOT obtain a loan with them for any reason; especially if you are a military family. If you are unfortunate; like myself to have them buy your loan from another company your best bet is to pay off the loan by any means necessary because it does not get better. Even after a complaint with the BBB, I'm still having some of the same issues. I wish there was a way to do a class action and put them out of business to save future consumers. All of the reviews are 1000% true and I've never seen anything like it. Do yourself a favor and STAY FAR AWAY FROM PINNACLE FINANCIAL GROUP!

This is my 2nd one star review for this company. I was in a not-at-fault accident which totaled my car on Oct 5th. I have to constantly call this company (at 15 calls since the accident) to make sure they got all of the information. The final payment from the insurance company did not go through until Oct. 18th and I had to babysit this issue the entire time. Even then, I didn’t feel like writing another review I call today to make sure gap insurance was paid and lo and behold, it has not, due to a deductible I was unaware of the entire 15 calls I had made. What problem that occurred to cause this 2nd one star review with was the manager that explained everything. I asked, “why did I not receive a call about this?” She said, “well it’s your job to follow up with us and you need to pay by the 6th or you’re going to have late fees.” First of all, I have HAD to follow up with you guys since this accident happen. If I didn’t, this issue would have not been resolved at ALL. It is criminal what they are doing here. I’m so glad to finishing up with this company. I feel like I’m getting gouged. BBB would love to hear from me again. This is how they treat clients who don’t miss a single payment for the entire contract.

I would give a zero if I could. I have had 6 reps in 2 years and no one keeps notes on file. I am regularly told that there is information on my cosigned account that they cant share with me (as primary on the loan). I have been hung up on, lied to, and given the wrong information multiple times. I have gotten attitude from at least a dozen customer service reps when simply asking for a status update on my own account.

Tony the supervisor uses multiple names when calling people saying he is the manager over all the accounts. This place is a complete fraud, you get a new ghetto account rep every few months because they turnover people that work for them because they catch on to the scam they are running. They are currently under investigation from the justice department and the f.b.i for wire fraud and more.

Don’t do business with these people had my vehicle payed off threw them and they still took out the monthly payment and is saying it could take up to three weeks to get a refund. Rude and unprofessional people if you haven’t payed your payment by 12 on the day it’s due there blowing your phone up very unprofessional company.
