TD Bank Hempstead Tpke, Franklin Square

The people I worked with were very friendly. We were working with Andre Aliance and he was incredibly nice to us as we set up a checking account for my son. He was very patient and was willing to explain anything and answer any questions we had. He taught my son how his checking account worked and gave demonstrations and insightful information.

This is the worst TD Bank branch I ever went in NY. Most of the staff not treating to the customers well including the Manager. They rejected to notarized the my spouse's signature because I am a customer in different TD bank branch and my wife is not a TD Customer, also made a mistake in counting $$$$ . I only go there for ATM but human .

Nice bank very friendly. Too bad they had to stop allowing the dump in change counter because businesses who deal with change we're spending hours I. There dumping thousands of dollars of change. But the grounds are always really clean and the parking lot too. Best part is the drive up ATM machine for TD bank users.

The only bank that has remained closed since march with only the drive thru open with limited hours . One person working drive thru and long lines which averaged 1 hr long . Took advantage of covid19 with keeping banks closed and limited drive thru hours while all other banks openned to public with masks & social distance . Would not recommend the bank and plan on closing my accounts .

I received excellent service this morning. The ATM was working well and the gentleman Nabil who helped me was very fast efficient and help me get change. I'll be coming back here soon!

BEWARE using the drive thru ATM. There is 100% a skimming device on the machine at this time. Immediately after using it $400 in fraudulent charges were made on my account and another $2,000 transaction which luckily was declined. (1 star for that reason only, the staff are courteous and professional)

They are pleasant fake. Guess that’s customer service. Worst if it’s close to closing. I get they been at work but do they know the jobs the customers do, example I am a single parent with two jobs and I am studying. Hence, a fake smile then push me to another rep is very bad. Be happy I still do two stars less than five. They should know they had the customers already because if the material online. We love TD Bank therefore, the service is just a plus.

TD bank provides the worst banking experience possible. Lisa, the manager is useless, not knowing answer to simple questions. Regarding home equity loan, you cannot go online and make a payment. UNBELEIVABLE !!! Dinosaur in the online banking industry.

Star of the Branch MICHELLE. Ok so I left td bank because I had fee troubles but then I walked in and met Michelle, believe me she made all the process sound so easy, I am her customer for rest of my life,

I really came to this bank that I have used for years and a brunette girl, I told her to take $ 1000 from my card and I sent her the card and my ID and she with a very bad character and bad face and bad appearance gave me everything back so that I I would usually go to other places in td bank that I do that they automatically from my ID and my card they take it out and give it to me, but this girl has been very rude and I did not like her one faces she did.
