Before I started coming here I would have issues doing my tax almost every year. Now I've been a customer for a few years, and I don't dread doing my taxes anymore. They are knowledgeable, kind and patient. If you live in the area and need genuine help with taxes from an actual person that cares, do yourselves a favor and try this place out.

I've recently had my taxes prepared at the west hempstead Liberty tax agency. If I could give this place zero stars, I would after my experience with the owner Mustafa. I filed my taxes for the first time with Mustafa in 2020 and because of the decent cost/experience I had at the time, I returned to file my taxes for 2021 which I now regret. I was over charged and wasn't informed about the difference in cost. When I call Mustafa to question why I was charged over $300 which is a big difference from the charge in 2020, Mustafa's response was "Well, did you ask what the cost would be?" And that "$300 is nothing" I would think as a customer, I should be informed if there has been any changes from the year prior, but nothing was mentioned to me which was very suspicious in my opinion. Mustafa didn't want to discuss my tax return over the phone because he was too tired and asked me to come the next day to go over it in person. I asked if we could discuss it over the phone instead, but he refused since he says I wouldn't believe him anyways, which made this even more suspicious to me. I will never return to Liberty Tax and won't recommend anyone to come here.

Mustapha is the best! The environment is very warm and friendly. He attends to all your needs and answers all your questions clearly. I would recommend anyone to go here and have this awesome experience at this location.

Mustafa was very helpful and saved me lots of trouble on taxes. Been going to him over 4 years never any issues!

Due to issues with my original tax preparer I needed a new one asap. I found Liberty tax online and took a chance. Upon arrival Mustafa was Immediately super friendly and professional. Not only did he maximized my tax return he also made me feel very comfortable with the process. His service was miles ahead of my previous Tax person, I will be going here from now on.

Mustafa has helped me out every year. He’s been such a great help to my family. He’s effective and efficient when it comes down to doing the service that he provides. Even if I move I will be doing my taxes with him!!!!
