    I was in quite a rush with lots going on, and needed to make a quick deposit. Thanks to Rachel, who walked me through the process of using the ATM to deposit a check. She was really patient with me, and I appreciated her calming words and eagerness to help. Perfect example of customer service at its finest!

    Been with nefcu for about 8 years. They are amazing. They have helped me get a couple of car loans over the years with as low as 2.3 interest ( I finance used cars then sell them 2 years later) they're personal loan rate beats "care credit" from what I seen and any time I had some type of "fraud" on my card they caught it quick and reimbursed the money that I had lost. I recommend everyone to go their especially for car loans because most car dealerships are dishonest and can't come close tho their rate. Also their credit cards and line of credit has also helped me a lot over the years. Thanks again guys !!!

    This bank is the worst !!! You have to approach a phone to speak to a teller , I had 5 people behind me and they all left after me, I had a simple withdrawal! I had to call to see what was talking so long and he said “almost done” and hung up and couldn’t even ask a question . Horrible customer service !!!!

    I have been to many other banks i have been hit with many fees and hidden charges NEFCU let you know the fees if any upfront ! i was looking for another bank and a friend suggested that i open an account at nefcu well i have to say that it was the best move that i could have made. I have never had a bad experience with branch personal or people in the call center. all account rates are much better that other banks there website it's easy to use to pay bills and keep up to date on account activity and once that you are a member you can recommend family and friends and reep the rewards as they give you a bonus for everyone that you get to open a account. NEFCU also offers access to there accounts through shared services around the country

    This was the worst service I have ever experienced. I had to call several times on the phone to receive the wrong information. I waited over an hour then when I got to the office to be seen by a nasty person. Stay far away.

    I'm giving this place 5 star solely on a $5 option on an ATM. I needed more on my withdrawal but the respect of the option is worth a salute.

    The theme color will take some getting used to. On the other hand, the service this visit was satisfactory. Even though the customer service agent was hanging another customer she multitask very well by asking me if my concerns were being met. I also like the online teller service. The institution can be seen from a vehicle moving in normal traffic. The parking structure is free but can be a bit difficult depending on time of day. For us it was a Thursday between 3-4 pm.

    If you're reading this you probably been screwed by Banks. I've never had any problems with unnecessary fees at this Credit Union. If you recommend a member they will give you $75. They also have higher savings rates and lower interest rates than any Bank. No fees on anything. When I told Citibank I was leaving to go to a credit union. They had no reasons why would be better to stay with them. The NEFCU is top notch.

    Highly unhappy with this branch. I just opened a business and personal account and the personal banker whom was assigned wasn't knowledgeable of the process or answers to any of my questions regarding opening a business account. Making matters even worse this ill-trained and unknowledgeable personal banker also entered my social security information incorrectly despite the fact that the info was clearly written on original physical documents given to her. Then to continue making matters worse, I still have not received my business login information YET I was mailed a business debit card!!! smdh. So I currently have no online access to my business account and have to travel quite a ways from my home to the actual branch just to complain because guess what?? when you call the branch number provided on google, you aren't even connected with anyone at that branch, instead your call is rerouted to the Westbury office. I totally would not recommend NEFCU and I honestly think I'm going to closeout my account and take my future banking plans and find another bank!!!

    New Year’s Eve and there closing at 1pm but there is no signs that state that. If you are closing early you should put signs to that effect
