TD Bank Northern Blvd, Queens

Open seven days. They have own parking 🅿️ and it's free for the customers. You have to wait on line or wait in visitor's seating area, but their service is good, therefore waiting is not so long. This is a busy diverse branch. Most of the customers are Asian and Spanish.

Worst branch I've ever been to. The teller was very unhelpful. She also speaks in a super low voice. It was so obvious that I couldn't hear what she was saying. And she couldn't have cared less.

How is this Branch still open. Jesus, Super slow had an appointment Manager said I don't see your name. Told me to wait in order to open an account with them. I guess I'll just stick with PNC. Terrible costumer service.

The staff was super helpful. They were very thorough at explaining all of my questions. They were friendly and I have never had any issues with depositing or withdrawing.

Today went there to notarized a paper waited outside with appointment around an hour and when I was called in they said the person is not here who notarizes paper work. The system is so lousy and made me choose another bank. THIS IS "AMERICAS MOST CONVENIENT BANK"

Worst service, minimum 1 hour wait until you realize you're going to waste your entire day and just leave. I had a safe deposit box, but never had 2 hours to waste to put anything in so I closed all my accounts. DON'T GO HERE, you've been warned.

A simple cash advance that I’ve done before and today they decided with the manager that I need two forms of ID so now in New York State drivers license is not good enough for TD banks you need to have a TD Bank account for them to service you in anyway horrible service and poor poor experience overall
