I bought a cell phone for my son who is always breaking his phone. I got great deal from Alex the owner, who was very nice. All his phones he makes sure they are not stolen merchandice rheu police records. I truly appreciate his thoroughness. Less headaches for his customers. Well my son's new phone worked right away. Great place! Highly recommended. I went Saturday to the store on 76-10 Roosevelt Avenue, because I saw a guitar in the window. I asked the gentleman inside if I could try the guitar before I buy it. He was really nice about it. So I bought my amplifier and guitar cable, he plugged the amp in, and I tried it. I loved it! Great sound! However, the young lady asked for ID, which I produced! I wanted to pay for the guitar with a credit card, but I was told by the Gentleman, I couldn't. It was cash only. Needless to say I was disappointed because I couldn't buy it. I called other EZ Pawn stores in the area, and was told that some stores accept credit cards and some don't. I didn't think this was fair so I called the Corporate Office and spoke to Mr. Eddie. He was a real gentleman, a hero! He was willing to work with me, I asked him if were possible for him to go to the store, take it to a store that does accept credit cards. He said no problem!! He asked what was my closest address and I told him it was the Jackson Heights area! He then took the guitar to the store at 95-54 Roosevelt Avenue, where they do accept credit cards. I was very impressed at Mr. Eddie's service!! He went out of his way to take the guitar to store on Tuesday. I called the store at spoke with Ms. Sylvia, and she said the guitar was there at the store! I couldn't believe the great cool service! Excellent! I bought the guitar and was very happy with the purchase! These people, particularly Mr. Eddie was real cool! I highly recommend this place to buy. I look forward to buying more things from there in the future! Keep up the good work, Eddie and Sylvia!!
