Santander Bank Branch Northern Blvd, Queens

I love this bank.My wife and I have been banking here for years. The tellers are friendly and always helpful. Managers and office staff are great. We even transferred our mortgage with them from another Thanks to Diana and Pat.

I don't even want to give them one star. I am very disappointed with this branch service, this is the worst banking experience I ever had. I went to open a checking account and the banker who opened it for me, without even asking anything, opened a savings account without telling me about it. Once I saw that online I called the branch manager and explained what happened, he told me he is gonna close the savings account in that moment and follow the case; 4 days after and the account still open and I didn't receive any follow call from the manager, so I had to call customer service in order to close the savings account and then they said they have to charge me $25 to close an account that I don't even ask to have. I was really upset because I never had such a bad time in baking. Finally the customer service rep on the phone told me she is going to fill a dissatisfaction form in order to waive the fee. I'm planning to close my checking account as well, never thought to have such a bad experience with this bank that is well known and one of the most popular and well reputation banks in Spain. But my experience here in USA and basically in this Jackson Heights branch was the worst I ever had. I normally don't write reviews but I really feel very disappointed this time. I hope that who ever go to this branch don't have this bad experience.

The worst bank with poor management. Horrible at retaining customers and just a bunch of lies. Robbed me of 600 bucks, said they would investigate into the matter 4 no the later no one has a clue. I'm done with this bank. The tellers r nice and some of the reps but management sucks.

They serve very poorly, the truth is, they did not let me deposit the money elsewhere if they serve very kindly as in the Roosevelt they serve super well.

Our experience on 1-8-2022 with Dianna was enjoyable. First, e showed up for our appointment one hour early by mistake but she called up the appointment for 11:00 AM and it turns out they were not able to come so she fit us in an hour earlier. She helped us to open the appropriate account. Then, she explained to us in a very clear manner all the options that we had on the account. Finally, she helped us set up access to our accounts on our mobile devices.

Elizabeth Ripoll is amazing! Really took her time to help out with my families issues and was respectful and polite. Knows how to do her job and just over an amazing person. Definitely recommend going to this branch and if you need help, Elizabeth is the go to person!!! Extremely satisfied.

Attention was very slow, the cashier was damaged at this time, he did not receive money at 2:00 pm, and only one cashier, half an hour with a person, there was no other man to enter talking on the phone, wow, very bad service.
