Awful experience. Due to their lack of knowledge I had a check frozen for over a week . I would avoid this branch at all costs . Went over to the TD Bank on SE PSL Blvd and they atleast tried to reverse their mistakes. Branches like this make me want to take my business elsewhere.

I love TD Bank especially for weekend operations. Because I have only weekends for free time. Normally in this branch phone signals are very low but they have WiFi finally thanks.

I love TD Bank but this branch has no clue what they are doing been trying for months to link my personal and business accounts under one login and all i get is the run around. never a manager available on the weekends. lobby is always locking the doors early. seems no one online or at the local branch can do anything but pass the buck back and fourth so at this point i will close all my accounts with TD Bank and wont look back. hopefully no one has to spend this much time trying to get something this simple solved.

Worst help, atm kept my card took my money for a deposit go and try to get help. Manager was no help. Employee was no help. Horrible. Canceling my account with td bank.

This TD branch is horrible. I can’t speak for all TD customers and all branches but this specific branch makes me not want to be a TD customer ever again. I would rather eat my own waste. I opened a new account with them and deposited my first check and they held it for 12 days (6 business days). I went into the office and spoke with Ariel and Daisy and they were not help. They just brushed me off and asked for follow up with Diana the next business day and that they would try to expedite my request for the funds to be available sooner. I tried explaining to them I think it’s unfair and I have banked with State Farm Bank, US Bank, Wells Fargo, PNC and Suntrust and this has never happened. I even tried bringing in my paystubs and business card proving it was not a fraudulent check but they didn’t even look at it. I called Tuesday at 4:50 (google says their business hours are until 5pm but their voicemail said 4pm) I left them a voicemail asking for a call back when they can and no one returned my call. I called again on Wednesday and left a voicemail and no one returned my call. I was asking to meet with the branch manager for help. . I did file a corporate complaint because no one reached out to me again. I was able to speak with someone in their corporate retention department who actually cared enough to help and follow up with me. And even though they weren’t able to expedite my funds she still called me back and followed up. I work in a business where customer retention is everything and I understand nowadays most businesses are either understaffed or don’t care about customer experience but I think for a bank it’s really important to care. Especially being located in St Lucie West where there are at least 10 other banking options less than 2 miles away. I would also like to state that rep from corporate said they were understaffed but when I went into the branch there were available reps not answering calls. If you want the worst customer service experience of your life please bank with this TD location.

What a disappointment, i made an online appointment with a banker, dyana pererira. On arrival she wasn’t expecting me and during all the session was pretty rude and unhelpful, just a location that i will never repeat again.

giant building for a bank. the tellers are a good deal of a walk away. and parking is tight. I drive a truck and I had to park over 100 feet away. but the teller was friendly and quick. i would give 5 stars but they removed the coin counter. put a cute sign up like the machine has retired.

The employees here are RUDE AS HELL. I showed up at 8:05am (wasn't aware they opened at 8:30am). Attempted to open the door - locked. Two employees were standing inside, looked at us, and walked away from eye sight. Ten minutes later (as the employees are walking inside, staring at us, then putting their head down) I called, someone answered and said they open at 8:30am. "Ok," I said. "Was someone going to tell me? You saw me standing here." The person on the other line said "No." I will be removing every last penny from this "place of business." If you can't give me the courtesy of letting me know you aren't opened yet, I sure as hell don't need to keep my money there.

First, they were supposed to remove voice print, they never did. Second, and worst of all, they keep shutting down my card bc the amounts i charge are inconsistent, some large some small, and they dont like it. Last time i checked, it was my money, but i am not allowed to do what i want with it. Closing accounts and going to PNC
