I work in the mortgage industry for some years now and I know how hectic it can get specially in a seller's market post pandemic. I can 100% say that Emmett is truly awesome, he goes above and beyond on everything. Any time I had a question regarding whatever, even silly things (first time homeowner) he was always there to assist. I only had so much for a down-payment and he was able to adjust and work with the numbers to find us a great lender and still not go over my budget. The house hunting process was a bit crazy but this pertains more to my real estate agent (a friend of mine) as well as this crazy market lol. Even then, Emmett always make sure to not forget about us lol, always followed up, even offered to assist in getting a RE (not needed). We closed within 30 days of initial application, he was very communicative throughout this whole process and even shared his YT videos to know what to expect on the pre-approval, UW process, closing day, post closing. In this day of age, internet/email communication is very important and I loved the fact that we were able to navigate this whole process via email/e-sign/text haha! There were some minor hiccups but Emmett was always quick to find a resolution for everything. I can honestly say he made the home buying process go as smooth as possible :) Definitely recommend him!
