I'd like to share ONE of the many situations that stand out and made me a true believer in Dave. Around 10pm this past New Years Eve I had a client that needed a pre-approval letter. He wanted to put an offer in on a house that just came on the market. The home had multiple offers and without hesitation Dave worked just shy of midnight and sent me that pre-approval letter so that I could submit their offer.
