TD Bank Ark Rd, Mt Laurel Township

It's over. The customer service here has been dying a slow gruesome death ever since the TD Bank takeover. Now they are the absolute slowest at reopening in the COVID world. I don't want anyone to take an undue risk, but this is rediculous. I just can't wait in the drive-through anymore.

This bank was not helpful at all. They need new employees who don’t have such an attitude. I don’t think I’ll be staying with TD bank after this.

Customer service is horribly, I thought the phone customer service was bad until I went in this branch. People behind the desks are so rude. Closing my accounts , can’t deal with TD anymore.

All the other Banks lobby's have been opened up for quite some time.. I've been waiting here 20 minutes in the drive-thru

I have been with TD BANK for over 15 years. Tomorrow I will cancel my checking, savings and business account with them due to their lack of professionalism. If you are trying to take a loan with them forget it. Do NOT waste your time. They do not update you on the status of the loan EVER. I had to call every time to get updates only to find out that the loan was on hold as they needed more information. This was a time sensitive matter and was told to TD bank several times but to them it did not matter. THEY NEVER CALLED ONCE WITH AN UPDATE. POOR SERVICE!! They claim to be americas most convenient bank but unfortunately when taking out a loan they are not convenient at all. I am in sales and was told my commissions would not be considered as income after 2 weeks of back and forth of me giving them tons of info. They said it was due to their guidelines. What guideline would ever make sense to not consider someones actual income!? WHAT A JOKE. Save your time. If you want a loan go ANYWHERE else. They barely tried. They do not use common sense there. Their underwriters are number crunchers and don't look at things with common sense. I even turned in my paystubs that showed a completely different number than what TD bank decided to use for my credit app. When i told them to acknowledge my pay stub they said they "cant". WTF!>!>!?!?!?!?!?!?! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. I'd keep going but I am going to close my accounts now. **FURIOUS

What's with the Menorah for decorations for December? Can anyone guess another holiday for December? "This is what they gave us to display from TD Customer Service." is the answer! WHAT AM I DOING HERE? IS THIS THE BEST YOU CAN DO DURING YHIS HOLIDAY SEASON?

People here have always been very nice and helpful. I am seeing all these bad reviews but in 8 years I have never had a bad experience.

Went into this office and the professionalism is lost ....waited over 45 minutes to settle a matter that could have been straightend out in only 15 minutes... never again...or Republic bank as well the ex owner Vernon hill owns this place. .amoung the worst banks ever out there like wells fargo... with shady operations & lousy customer service

I can't belive TD Bank does not have Mortgage statements Online. It takes one week and 10 phone call to get a statement!
