Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) NJ, Mt Laurel Township

bank of America is the worst bank ever. their system flags n locks your card randomly without any reason. except for when it ((think)) you've charged something wrong.. ((ex.. locked my card after paying for my laundry drop off))

A great Bank. When you need to deposit $40 and your from Philadelphia.

It is a shame thses people are so indifferent to customers and make random decisions that poorly affect others. There were rudely obstinate and seemed to take pleasure in being uncooperative and refusing to cash a check drawn on their bank. (Which another branch did 20 minutes later with no problem) There is no recourse, the man in the bank did not care and gave me a fake number to call and complain. I went to another branch and they were delightful and apologized for their rudeness. They said they get complaints all the time about people that go to that branch. The guy told me the teller was the bank manager and Marlton said that was a lie too. Avoid this bank, they are lazy, rude, and reprehensible towards customers and members of the community.

We walked in here to cash our annuity checks as they were drawn on Bank of America, as soon as we opened the doors to come in they judged us, both my husband and I are COVERED in tattoos. My check they cashed fine, however my husbands was over the 2500 “limit” that they have, so the teller literally took his check and threw it back in the dish, told him she couldn’t cash it, then proceeded to dismiss him as if he was some sort of I don’t even kno. So I said, wait what? The check is drawn on a Bank of America so what’s the problem? Again, she just ignored us. Like we were not even there!! It was hands down, the RUDEST customer service I’ve had in I can’t remember!!! Finally, my husband says, “have I done something offensive? I took a shower this morning so I kno I don’t stink, is tgere something I’ve done to you?” She responded with a oh no. In that moment the lead teller came over and after telling us she’ll do it “this once” cashed the check. Viviana is the name of the creepy, rude, uptight chick that DIDNT help us. I DO NOT recommend this skank of America!!! 😡🖕🏾

We are closing our account for BOA because excessive hold times. Avg hold time was 45 minutes. When I did online search there was massive amount of complaints for long hold times. Thats deal breaker for our business.

One cashier. Stood in line for 25 min to cash one check. Ridiculous. The checks that I had to cash inside the branch could not be scanned like others so I HAD to come in unfortunately.

So sick of having to talk to machines !!!! They say people are at the branch but I tried for about an hour and got nothing!!!! It’s just so annoying when you can’t get a human being!!

Great location convenient plenty of parking great staff would suggest to any one for any and all financial needs necessary wether it be checking savings loans investments etc these guys are incredibly kind considerate and honest

No drive view no more make a handicap to out of car and go in time to look for another bank with drive view more easily
