TD Bank W Granada Blvd, Ormond Beach

Long time B of A customer, left because of Woke ideology. Went to TD because of convenience but horrible experience from the jump. Opened several accounts online, had to complete the process at the banking center. Accounts were not opened correctly, had to return several times. Different banker almost every time. Online tools are terrible. In fairness, Don was very good. Everyone else very weak including branch manager Paul. Also, was not paid all incentive bonuses based on TD promotion(s) when we opened accounts. Even had difficulty closing accounts after just a few months, of course. Went to Chase, totally opposite experience. Now I hear TD bank is aligned with the Canadian government to crush the trucker movement. So glad we left TD bank. Customer beware…

Opened my account at Daytona branch. I use Ormond branch as it is close to my home. I have had only positive experiences so far. Everyone at the branch is courteous, friendly and knowledgeable of their services. I was recommended to TD by my boyfriend who banks with TD. I am glad I opened a TD account. The banking hours are great. The lack of ATM fee is awesome. Many type of accounts to choose from. Today I was helped out by Destiny at Ormond branch and she was very helpful.

To my mind, it's the best bank in our area! I use it for 8 years and have several types of the accounts, the staffs (Dan, Jammie, Michel) are very knowledgeable and polite. Please, respect them and they will respect you!

Dan Pederson manager at this bank is horrible! He keeps coming by my place of work and continues to harass us. We have told him multiple times to leave but he keeps coming back. Update- Dan came back to my work today and threw eggs at our building and smashed glass and dented our vehicles. He was taking to jail. He seemed to be high on drugs. Very sad they still allow him to work there

ATM didn’t dispense my cash and when I Went inside I was ignored and told to call customer service. The people inside were very unfriendly and cold. Worst experience ever. Killed my vacation.

I worked with Bill Kennard for an issue with my account. Bill worked on my problem, called and emailed TD corp on my behalf and had the problem rectified within 48 business hrs. Bill also kept me informed throughout his process via phone calls. Bill is a definite asset to TD Bank .

Opened several accounts. Thought it would be nice to have access 7 days a week. I thought wrong! They keep holding my money hostage! Taking what little I have in their bank and closing my accounts. Glad I never closed my other accounts at a real bank across the street! So much for trying to be able to bank 7 days a week! If I could give negative star ratings I would!

Bank tellers obviously were previous Walmart cashiers. No one seems to have any finance or banking sense, obviously no one with a college degree dealing in such matters. They cant even get it straight on how to switch from a standard checking account to a senior account. Nice folks but that's about it.

This is the same group of people that used to be at the Publix on US1 and Cali Grande. Great staff, always helpful. FYI: IF YOU ARE TRYING TO FIND THIS BANK. Its in the same parking lot as Aldi, a block or so east of Lowes. Google maps is currently displaying this place by Tomoka farms road. I hope this helps.

Go to open an account....yes 4 o'clock on a Sunday. Only one person opening accounts. 5:20 rolls around to finally get helped to be told they'd have to mail me a debit card. I walked out. Thanks
