I’ve always only used value pawn and appreciate everything he’s done. This store really has a great team. Really wish corporate would consider opening a location in Palm Coast, Florida.

While I was in the store today one of the employees thought it was appropriate to embarrass a customer in front of people. Hes an older man with a beard. Even if he was mad or having a bad day you don't talk to people that way. I went somewhere else to do business. I felt bad for the lady he was yelling at over prices.

Everyone was so friendly , it took forever bit I understand why because they are best in town. I have worked in service industry for years and i understand customer service. And the tall guy matt with the cool mask , he is so nice and you can tell he loves his job. He was extremely helpful and super knowledgeable. I recommend this place to everyone.
