TD Bank E Woolbright Rd, Boynton Beach

I had the best experience with TD Bank, I had some issues with my account I went to 2 different branches nobody can tell me what was going on with my account until I came to this branch I met Ms.Anita. She took her time to find out where the problem came from. Ms Anita is the best. I would recommend TD BANK to anybody's friends or family.

I can't tell you how frustrating this bank is. As a business owner, when I go into the bank to add someone to the account, or to change something, I need to get it done. At this bank unfortunately everyone is incredibly slow and I one seems to know what they are doing. You get different answers for anything depending on who you ask. The branch manager is also typically quite rude. Don't go here if you can avoid it.

My husband has been wirh this bank for over 10yrs, we deposit a check yesterday and for some reason the check isnt available until the 6th. We told the teller normally it usually post the next business day, and they could not give us an explanation for the check funds not to be in the account especially since they posted to the account but the funds aren't there. The bank teller knowledge was poorly regarding this issue! We are switching banks

Felt neglected. Waited in line for 30 min for a simple withdrawal. They even helped someone behind me before they helped me. Felt invisible.

I've had some good experiences but most have been more of the, "Why do I bank here!", variety. I've banked with TD for the past 7-8 yes & the one good thing i can say is they are all over. This is convenient if you travel domestically. That's about the only good thing i can say about this bank. They kill you in fees, (far worse than any other bank of ever used), the atm fees are absurd, (if not their own atm then you'll pay an avg of $5.00 to get your own money), their 800# is virtually useless unless you carry your most recent bank statement, online banking is about as helpful as a 3 dollar bill, & more often than not the branch is even less helpful, & god forbid you deposit a check & need it to clear in a reasonable amount of time! This branch is no different except that on occasion you might catch them in a great mood & they'll be nice while they're telling you they can't help you!

I didn’t have an account but smiley tellers accommodate my request for a roll off quarters next thing I open one because tellers were very nice. Well done!

TD bank sent me a check that was refunded to me but when I went to cash it in the branch manager and the associate were so rude to me they told me that they are not obligated to do anything for me and that I can just go on about my way I’ve never felt so disrespected by a bank or an associate and the fact that the manager sat there and let the employee talk to a consumer like that I don’t know if I’ll ever bank with TD Bank again
