This bank (branch and whole company) doesn't have it together. I've actually never been to this location, but I've had to deal with them because 2 months ago I got a call from them saying that my credit card had been approved. Problem was, I never applied for a credit card through TD. I didn't have to worry though, because it wasn't fraud, not by someone else anyway, they apparently keyed the account number in wrong for another customer, and had such little oversight in place that they didn't find out about it until I told them it wasn't me and I had never stepped foot in the branch. They told me I didn't have to do anything and that they would make it like there had never been a card at all. In the meantime, it's two months later, the card is gone, my credit score still sunk 30 points, and I've finally been motivated to take my money else where. This is all aside from their terrible tech and apps. Just go use literally any other bank.

The worst customer service I did the online appointment while I was waiting in my car and was told in a text message that I am first in line and there is no one ahead of me at 9:36am and now it is 10:05am and I’m still waiting and there is at least 6 employees inside the bank with only one customer at the teller...... still waiting and wasting my time

The Bank is Ok , But the drive thru teller is The worst. Super slow !!! 25 minutes waiting !!! for make a deposit. I don’t recommend this Drive thru as efficient. El banco está bien , pero el servicio de depósito vía Drive Thru es malísimo!!!! 🚷

I am a manager of a local business in Paterson and our company has a large account with TD after waiting almost 30 mins in line at the drive through to make our deposits, I was told by the rep to leave my deposit and come back in 20 mins to pick up my slips. I decline that option because the last time I did that they deposited the amount short even thought the right amount was inside the envelope. I waited while they process the money. After completing my deposit, I was told that next time I should come inside because I am holding up her line. I felt like that was extremely rude. I waited just like every customer did until it was my turn. She had no idea if I was disable or incapable of walking. This isn’t the first time I was told that I was holding up a line. Every customer should be provided with the same type of service regardless of how long it would take. Would a inside rep tell me to not bring the large amount of deposit because I am holding up their line? This is ridiculous. I have highly disappointed in the failed attempt of service. The rating of 2.8 truly represent the service at this location. The staff needs retraining or replacing.

call to have them do a auth verification form so i can buy series I bonds, called to see if i can come in. They had me on hold for 45 mins! they forgot about me!

if u have a whole day to waste then use the drive through. on many occasions the same person dealing with the customers on the inside is the same one servicing the drive through. come on TD do better.

The ATM is always broken the line is always long and it takes 20 mins usually just to get an withdrawal done. Usually only one person at the register. This branch needs new management and need a change. Maybe open up more resisters.
