TD Bank Main St, Paterson

Service is really bad, the tellers are always upset or they don't even greet you. On top of that DO NOT come her on either Friday, Saturday or Sundays they severely understaff, i wait almost a 1:45 to cash a simple paycheck. They usually have 3 tellers. But only 2 are accepting customers. I do not recommend coming here on the weekends especially if your on a rush. But if you do remember to get at least an hour just to make sure.

This is my local TD bank right in the mall by where I live. I like that they keep later hours than normal banks. That's convenient so that I can bank later in the day if need be. Friday seems to be really busy here. Must be pay day for alot of local residents or something. It gets really packed. Overall I would say the service here is slow. That's usually the case at TD banks though for some reason so I'm not surprised. It is what it is.

I think the TD Bank of Paterson has a very highly qualified staff especially Erika Medero and all the representative.. I highly disagree with Juana Salazar!!! Thank you Fernando for not listening to this complaintif who absolutely was most likely impatient or plain rude herself.. remember negative People spread negative energy so stop being so negative Juana. And it's ok TD Bank has millions of clients a negative 4 people means caca! Have a great day!

This location doesn't have any Managerial assosciates working on weedends. Terrible advice, and don't live up to the SLA for TD Bank customers. Disgusting staff, with a ghetto attitude.

I do not like leaving negative reviews, however this place has earned one. Between rude confrontational tellers and an equally as disgruntled branch manager there is no need to visit this branch. This place makes an 8% charge at a check cashing place look like a reasonable down payment for customer service. Very disappointed.

This bank branch is the worst !!!!! I have never felt or encounter Such horrible disrespectful service. Store manage Fernando Porras can thank ERIKA MEDERO for this. Erika was rude and made me feel very upset. After patiently waiting my for teller service she called me over to her cubicle to be ignore me after calling and telling me to get back in line; which I followed what she said (one again)getting back in line ..Erika once again calls me over ..I informed her on what she did to me and inside of giving me customer service she shouts out me saying I WILL not service you. Erika has no knowledge on what customer service is. My whole family has bank with TD now we all be closing our account. Fernando !!! ERIKA MEDERO needs to be FIRED she will be the cause of many account switching /closing and making Customers leaving TD bank. The managers and all Manager head of this locations needs to send Erika to training and developing on customer service or better yet fire her

Friendliest bank I've ever been to. I've never posted a review for somewhere, but this place deserves a better reputation.
