Did think the banker did enough to assist a me a customer banking with this bank every since I was able to do so. I wanted to do wire transfer and I had all the Information from a previous wire transfer on the receipt document I got from them the last time and I was told to go set an appointment because it's almost time for her appointment with another customer who was not present. This process takes about 5 to 7 minutes. Very poor in assisting customers.

I have an account with this bank and it seems very good to me, I never had the opportunity to enter but, it is well located, I never had problems

I have banked at least 7 separate branches of PNC and never experienced any problems until I banked at this branch. This is the worst bank I have ever been in. Do not ever use this branch It should be closed and forgotten

Their is no 24 hours Customer service line to call when their is a problem.. This is just a really poor bank to have!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡
