TD Bank W Diamond Ave, Gaithersburg

Do not open a business account in this bank.. I opened a business account at this location 3 weeks ago. Every check I have deposited has been placed on hold. I have been given Sandra personal number to call every week in order to have my funds released. I have over $2,000 in my business account to keep from receiving a service fee. And over $4,000 in my personal And even with that accumulative balance they still hold my checks valued at $800 Can someone please explain this to me ? Is this how TD is doing business ? Beware go bank somewhere else. I will be closing my account with them I was looking at other reviews with similar issues. My advice to everyone who TD bank has frozen your accounts go to your local court office and file a breach of contract with the company.

No complaints here as teller line took care of my needs promptly. MSR/ bankers need to provide better service and make costumers feel welcome.

Worst bank I have ever dealt with. Sullen employees, only one drive-in lane working and 30-35 minutes wait times in the drive-in lanes. There also appears to be no current manager at this branch to observe and rectify the drive-in backups that are commonplace now (Aug. 2020). No problems at the Germantown branch though. Avoid this Gaithersburg branch if your time has any value at all.

Don't know what happened to TD bank which I am with for more than 4 years, the staff there are all very unhappy to work there recently. It looks I owe them money.

TD Bank is America’s most ripped off bank, charging $10 for cashing checks for non account holders, asking 2 forms of ID, Is this legit?, guess so…They make the rules aren’t they?

This location is probably the worst I’ve come to. It is convenient for me since it’s near my place of work. However, recently, each time I’ve come through the drive through, there is either no one there, or they don’t return for over 10 min and say nothing to me. It is not convenient at all and I’ve had to go inside and have them get my things or retrieve my money in order to get any attention. I understand they’re busy, especially at the end of the day, but if you’re busy then don’t make the drive through available- make them red! Manage your workload better. It should be expected that it will get busy at the end of the day since everyone is getting off of work. Don’t just have one person at the front and everyone else on the side at their desks. It just is not a friendly or convenient place to come to anymore.

Solid customer service at this location (which we've found to be the norm at most TD Banks). They took care of a problem here that required a good amount of time to review every transaction on my debit card (which I think took someone at the branch a good day to do). Kudos to them for fixing a mistake that another TD Bank made.Very attentive staff that wants to ensure that the customer needs are met. Maybe I have low expectations for banks, particularly after having lived in Manhattan, but I really like TD Bank and the way that they interact and treat customers.

In the branch they tell you one thing you call the customer service line they tell you something completely different. they tell you that they wont be charging for thing they still will charge you for and then when you call and say but you said i wasn't going to be charged they give the big WHOOPS oh sorry its out of our hand. they changed the terms of my account without notifying me. TD BANK IS A SCAM !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Schizo-affective hated service. My, experiences, professional required none-the-less the a sort of confidentiality. Perhaps, alike referencing adhered loitering due process. By which, in-house relays most prosperly thrive in-record onto the security of not making life to explain oneself financially. At which, after the rehearsal of their, ABC's & 123's, from Greek alphabet to even more so than chinese Eurythmics. Them folks pocket the information, alike certificate-of-deposits. And all of the experienced to the affirmed.
