I came in last Friday a bit after 12 p.m. & despite the wait time in drive-thru the lady was very pleasant & was professional. She was working as efficiently(only worker) as she could to get transactions processed. I haven't received service like that in a while from this branch. You need more workers like her because the guy gave me a lot of attitude on a previous visit inside the lobby area.Thank you for finally get an employee that make customers feel appreciative.

I been dealing with this bank for 2 years now and not one positive to say about it. They really need to hire someone that is willing to take the mangers position seriously. Always a line to deposit or withdraw. Atms down and when they are up and running no money in them to withdraw. I change my bank recently and the difference in customer service is astronomical. They should not be called "America's most convenient bank".

People who are mistreated by this branch need to contact TD Corporate office since no body reads these google reviews at TD. Sheer incompetence and worse customer service. Zero oversight by branch manager. When the branch manager goes into into "a meeting" the bank is left without any supervision and no one can make a decision until the manager comes back. That is no way to run a business, who's the backup manager when the manager is not around? Look at the reviews below, very telling how bad this branch is. 6/2021 Update: We're no longer TD customers yay! Took all of our money to another bank. This is what happens when you treat customers like garbage. Bye bye!

This is quite possibly THE WORST TD Bank branch in the Philadelphia area. Ever since covid 19 started the branch seems baffled as to how to operate on a level that small chains like Save A Lot and dollar Tree have successfully mastered since this pandemic began. On days they're supposed to be opened they're closed. The ATM eats up your Debit card, you stand in intolerable lines waiting for customer service, the system is usually down and a who's who of other inconveniences. The staff usually seems baffled and no one has any answers. Its almost unbelievable😳😳😳😳its almost worth risking a run in with the dreaded Philadelphia Parking Authority down at the 37th and Walnut branch to Avoid this level of incompetence. ALMOST.

I need to stop going to this branch and really TD in general. Not sure really what the problem is but if there are two people at the drive through forget it. My guess is there are more lines open than tellers but who knows. Bottom line is beyond slow consistently. Hopefully the inside opens soon to ease the pressure on the drive through.

Atm machine in outside lobby is often not operating. Wait times in lines inside branch are extremely long and tellers are painfully slow. If you have extra time and can deal with this, go there. If not, I'd probably go to another branch.

The incompetence of staff at this location is a result of poor training, which is the fault of careless and inadequate management. I was directed to this branch to obtain a simple status letter for my account, which the bank agreed to send me. I received no letter and when I called to inquire, I was put on hold for 72 minutes, no one followed up, and the bank had closed. I called back the next day and was on hold for 1 hour before a teller picked up, cut me off mid-explanation, told me to call the general number since they don't deal with my kind of requests and hung up on me. The level of customer service is beyond atrocious and it is paramount that TD HQ management intervene for an overhaul.

I truly dislike this branch. I will literally drive out of my way to Springfield or Ridley to avoid the incompetence and long lines this branch has to offer. Staffing seems to be an issue at this branch. Today, there was 1 car in the entire drive thru. I waited more than 10 minutes before giving up and driving elsewhere. Rediculous. The lines inside are always long. It is quite annoying to see only 2 tellers working while others are "buzzing around" not helping customers. There always seems to be an issue with the way tellers handle check transactions here, so I never deposit checks at this location. Staff is mostly nice. It's not the TD's fault, but some customers are clueless and take up a lot of time. Combine that with poor staffing and you have the ingredients for hideous lines.

Absolutely cannot stand this branch. I regret it every time I go. Each time, the lines are out the door (not exaggerating), the place is filthy, and the workers have two speeds: slow and slower. One of the last times I visited the branch, the lines were long as usual, and the tellers were at their normal snail pace. There were only 2 tellers working at that, while the manager stood behind the counter and just watched. Maybe you should actually 'manage' and help out a little. Clear a few transactions perhaps? One thing I will say on a good note: each time I have gone in, one of the tellers, Michael, always has a smile on his face, is pleasant, and helpful. Everything else about this branch blows.
