1 desk worker and 1 teller were very rude unprofessional and abrupt if they are gonna have positions that require them to deal with the public they should try being a little bite more hospitable , and patient

This place needs the fire everyone and start over. They are just there period. Why do I need an appointment for a copy of my signature card? Lazy terrible people. 😪

Came in after calling to inquire about getting a simple form notarized. Was told as an account holder, I could get free notary services. Showed up, was told it would be 10 minutes. Someone else had already been waiting, I waited 10 min, then was told he came first and it would be an hour to wait. So I went home, returned in 2 hrs. Gave my id and debit card, waited 5 minutes while this lady punched keys on the keyboard and made no eye contact. She then read over my forms to be notarized in depth and it seemed like she was recording what forms were getting notarized. Then she was unhappy because I signed the documents while sitting at her desk, instead of 'while I was swearing in' which I've never heard of for notary services. I offered to sign them again at that time, and she said, 'Yes, you'll need to.' (?) Then she refused to notarize one of the forms because it didn't have the space that said the regular notary stuff - 'sworn before me in the state of (blank)etc. I asked her to write it in and she said that was illegal and refused to notarize my documents and referred me to the UPS store. This has taken me 30 minutes and I don't believe it is correct! Not good service at all! Will NOT be using this branch ever again,

By far worst branch in the area. Impossible to deposit cash from the ATM.I don't even remember how many times I drove to deposit money to my account and just left. Not everyone wants to wait inside just to put money to his/her account.

Best bank experience I ever had, Adriana Mara spent almost 2 hours with me, bank of America is lucky to have her repercenting there company, I'm doing all my business with her only

Horrible! Visited twice to open a new account the 1st time the lady needed some documents but when I returned the following week I was told I needed an appointment when there was literally no customers, only a couple of employees. I went to a different bank and got my checking account in less than 15 minutes. All the previous reviews are very accurate by stating how bad this location is being ran.

Another confirm for all the low ratings are correct. BofA needs to improve customer service in this location as someone is creating rules here to slack behind. Came in to open a new account but was told that an appointment is needed for that when there is only a few people there. I came in at 2pm, literally they should have more than enough time unless they wanna go home at 3pm like wth? then the appointment is told to be tomorrow...? That basically mean "we dont welcome you today, come back tomorrow". Sorry BofA, you lost another customer today.

The tellers at this Bank of America in Drexel Hill are sometimes fast. However the workers that work in the lobby behind the desks are EXTREMELY slow. I have seen the workers talking in there own language with customers and the workers will keep talking to them and make other customers wait a long time. Then when the customer is called the workers take forever to help that individual. People don't have time to spend all day in a bank. Also, the atm machine at this bank breaks down alot and takes awhile to be fixed.

The woman yetty that sits in the front is very rude. Not good customer service at all. Idk how she was able to get a job doing what she does.

There was only one person dealing with customers. We waited for 35 min and still waiting for someone to help us open an account. Horrible management.
