TruMark Financial Credit Union - Upper Darby Shopping Ctr, Upper Darby

I see the State rd Trumark location seems to have high ratings. I cannot for the life of me imagine why. I do not go there often, but, coincidentally I usually have a bad experience there. The teller never answers the drive through call button in a timely fashion and they are never polite. They always take an unusal amount of time servicing me no matter what my business is. They are not generally pleasant or professional. I am motivated to write this review because of the topper yesterday. The teller sent my business back to me through the tube without saying a word...NO thank you...no goodbye...nothing...I felt it said here's your stuff (blank). They rate less than zero for me.

Melissa took care of me today. I just needed to replace an debit card. During my visit I didn't know how much cheer I needed because once I left I felt better. Melissa if you are reading this, thanks for making an ordinary visit extraordinary

Florence is such a great member service representative. EVERY time I arrive I am lucky enough to have her assist me. She's quick, efficient, ethical and did I mention efficient . Also the guy with the waves .. Sean is great. Don't forget my main man Moke the bank manager. I LOVE This location. Thanks you all! Every visit gets me exactly what I need... in and out! I have to add to my visit experience. Today's date is Monday, July 26th 2021. I thought my experience couldn't get any better. Trumark had once again made great decisions on their member server host. A very special thank you to Connor and especially Niyah . Conor because he is very soft spoken and efficient. Takes his upmost time in completing my transactions but I just feel dignified after his help and Niyah makes me just smile. She is so pleasant and always cracks a joke. She is very ethical and professional and I leave feeling elated and encouraged. Thank you trumark!!

This is the worst credit union. They let unauthorized charges go through on debit cards that have been reported lost/stolen. Their fraud department is a joke. They never contact you but instead negotiate back-end deals with the merchant about YOUR MONEY. The customer service reps don’t know basic online shopping rules like the card shouldn’t be billed until item has shipped. DON’T BANK HERE.

Help me CHEEZUS! NEVER go here to use their change machine. The machine works fine, but once done you'll be invited to sit down for FIVE minutes while an associate tickety ticks on a keyboard in front of you. A few minutes in, I said "Ya know, it's less than twenty dollars. Why don't you just count out the money and I'll leave." Still waited longer. I don't need a test of my calm so badly drawn out. Have no idea how they are as a credit union but, GOTT DAMN, don't take a bag o' change in.

Manuel helped my wife and I resolve an issue we had setting up our business banking account quickly and efficiently. We highly recommend visiting this location!

Friendly, Reliable. Knowledgeable and fast that's how I describe the workers at this location (Upper Darby) Love this branch. Everyone is so professional. Happy Holidays to you all.

Excellent customer service! Bank teller Anita always friendly always professional and caring. I’d make her manager if I was corporate.

FYI - Delaware County branch closed Sunday November 10 and 11 in observance of Veterans Day.
