Went to make a deposit at the atm. It took my check and my card and then shut off so I couldn’t get either back. I asked the woman at the counter for help and she told me there was nothing she could do. I asked if she could give me the phone number for card customer service and she said “the phone number is on the back of your card” and walked away.

One of the worst bank i ever had to deal with. My account went to the fraud department for a couple of day. Went into my local branch to get the problem resolve, thinking i would be treated like a customer, come to find out that wasn't the case. I was treated more like a criminal. $ different times i had to come in or call the get my account back to stander so i can access my personal account. The assistant manager name shanikua was rude. No customer service what so ever. Treated me like i didn't matter as a customer. They kept telling my my account would be fine once it was up to stander. 9AM Monday morning i called to speak with the manager, she told me she would speak with Margaret Conn regarding my account, and that she would call me back. 12 noon came by still no phone call. Went in the branch demanding to speak the the branch manager about my account and told them i would call corporate about the way the branch had treated me. Once i told her i was going to call corporate she then told me my account will be close do to an open unpay balance from 2014. Never once apologies for the lack of customer service. But was more concern about a charge from 2014. my wife just closed her account with DT Bank. I strongly advise other to do the same. That branch does not care about- the lack of customer service is something the need to work on

Rude customer service at the NSB location. I have Been with this bank since it use to be Riverside bank. I understand shortening the hours inside the bank during this covid crises but I'm not understanding not having normal drive thru hours. It's the drive thru. They wear gloves. I've been inconvenienced by this for almost 4 months now. & when I questioned the teller when might tgey be back opened on Sundays in tbe drive thru she in a very snotty way & very condescending way reminding me about tbe virus.

Phone lock out to ask questions on your account are numerous, I am the only person on this account no other, also online service charges, were beyond their policy. The account was above the limit, also closed my savings account due to charges, they never tell you or keep you updated, in anyway, then you have to come to the bank, to clear up any form of issues, my advice is close your account, go to any other bank but this one. .....I have other accounts at better banks and only this one is constant issues. STAY AWAY, NEVER OPEN ONE HERE !!!!!

It says online and on the voicemail that this bank is open today until 1 but when I arrived at 12 no one was there. This is my second try depositing a check that was sent to me with both mine and my boyfriends name on it after I was told I needed to bring him with me and we both work full time. When I realized they weren’t actually there today I went to his bank which is PNC and not only were they actually there but they also told us that this check didn’t say the word “and” so either of us could have deposited it and I didn’t have to jump through hoops.

Rude front staff. Even after being nice and patient.. customers are not unwanted guests! I’ll be emailing corporate to explain. Hopefully something can be done. I was still nice even after I was rushed away and not taken seriously. I continuously put money in this bank and have used for quite a while. Customer service is all about making the customer welcome. I understand being rude to a problem customer that only wants to argue, but someone politely asking for help doesn’t deserve that treatment as well. This is why I have switched to online banking all together because when you go in you’re at risk of having a bad experience such as this. The definition of customer service is treating customers nicely and kindly, making them want to come back, not rushing the customer and being snappy about unknown things. The blonde girl today was training someone and told me my account was locked without getting any of my info.. she just assumed it was locked... I didn’t lock my account I just needed to change the phone number.. LOL. Anyway, I was still nice after that. I’ll give it another shot and then complain way more if they’re still mean. 1 Star for rudeness.

I have been with this branch for over 2 years and have never had any problems. The staff have always been friendly and competent enough to process my transactions. They have always had time to sit down and talk with me when needed. They extended me a $9,800 credit limit when I applied for their credit card, which far exceeds the norm for my credit and income, but the rewards are only 1%, and the website is lacking so I only maintain the account to secure the credit. Interest yields are low (put your money elsewhere), large bills are scarce, but checking is free with a minimum $100 balance. You may receive intrusive phone surveys after going to the bank asking how that transaction went. It will be a real person. Apparently if you tell them never to call again, they won't.

As a small business owner, I find the banking hours to be a big plus. The fact that they are open 7 days a week, means that I can do my banking whenever I want! The staff is super friendly, and the bank has been able to meet all of our needs, personal and business.

I have been banking here for a year. I have never had a problem. Staff are always nice. I went to the port orange bank on dunlawton and they made mistakes on my account. I was in the drive through and my name is Jennifer. He ended up calling me by another name. I put a deposit in and the next day it was not in my bank. I will never go to the port orange branch again. New smyrna branch has always been helpful. The women who opened my account a year ago probably in her 20s was also very nice. The only problem I have had is with their ATM. It wad broken for a while. You have to be very carful with that ATM. Otherwise I love my bank.
