Jordon made my claim easy and with little effort. He handled all the work with claim adjustor. I have been with State Farm since 1968 (54 years). I have never had a problem with their clam service or their agents. I have 3 cars and a house now on the books. Their just a phone call away when I need them. I have compared other rates and the small difference was not worth changing for the service I know I will receive from them. Sorry this sounds like a commercial but I like the hassle free service.

The company I had my homeowners insurance with no longer writes policies. Heather helped me with the process from the beginning through the end. She helped me through the process of obtaining an inspection and binding the new policy. Not only is she very knowledgeable, she was so kind to work with.

I spoke with Jordan on a sunny Friday afternoon — our call lasted until 6:30pm. I am considerate when people are ‘on-the-clock’ past quitting-time and lower my service expectations accordingly. I was impressed that Jordan went out of his way to explain auto coverages, and various hypothetical situations should I or my employees ever be in an accident so I could be comfortable with my coverage choices. At no point did I feel rushed, and I felt the advice was thorough, thoughtful and dispensed with care. It was a pleasure!
