This is the first time I have ever given a review, but I’ve never been treated so rudely by a customer service representative. My husband and I went to this branch twice to transfer money and were told they would have to verify the transaction and that would take 1-3 hours to do. My husband went right after work and they told him he’d have to come back on Monday. The manager was very rude. I went in on Monday morning and when manager realized who I was she was also very rude to me. She made the call and I sat there for one and a half hours waiting for the call to go through. They never gave me an update so I asked how much longer it would be and she said she already told me it would 1-3 hours. I finally left. I have never been treated so rudely in my life. Will never go back there again.

Always friendly tellers and quick service. Horrible hours! Most people get done with work at 5 and they close at 6?!? Rule #1, make it as easy as possible to do business with you. I find it very difficult to do business with TCF. Unable to call them locally must call their 800 # which is nearly impossible to navigate. I’ve transferred all but one account to my credit union.

I love it here! The place is always clean, the people are friendly and welcoming. The branch manager is very knowledgeable regarding mortgages and will solve the most difficult customer concerns and issues.

Ive always had smooth, quick transactions, but they have terrible hours. Should be open at 2 on a Saturday, but they have friendly, helpful tellers.

Went there to open a bank account, everyone there was super chill and nice. Rosalyn was super nice and very helpful. Would definitely recommend.

I went to the Apple Valley location because my debit card keeps getting declined even though there’s money in the account. Lakeville location I usually go to was not open. Online said Apple Valley location was open. They were not open. I needed to get gas so I decided on my way home to see if I could get cash out of the ATM at the Lakeville location. The card was not declined but NO CASH came out. Grabbed my card and receipt and waited...no cash. Receipt shows my account was charged the $20 withdrawal. Had issues a couple months ago when fraudulent charges were put on a different debit card. Talked with the bank manager. She said there was no need to get a new card and if I wanted one that I would have to wait two to three weeks to get one in the mail. I said the last time this happened my card was immediately locked and I got a new one right then and there to which she said we don’t do it that way anymore. Since she wasn’t interested in stopping further fraudulent purchases I locked the card myself immediately. She told me it would take 5-7 business days before the money went back in. After 10 days of no action I went in. Same manager said she told me it would be 3-4 weeks initially. No true. Fraudulent charges were from Amazon purchases I did not make. She repeatedly questioned me if I’m sure I didn’t make the purchases or if someone else has access to my card. I said I wouldn’t be standing here if I made the purchases...unbelievable. 😡 I finally gave them the proof of fraudulent charges myself by showing them purchases I made from Amazon and that showed I had not made a purchase in a couple months. Had I not done the work myself who knows how long it would have taken. This bank has gone downhill since being taken over by a different bank. Extremely frustrated to say the least.

Although most of the people at this location are very friendly, their customer service is awful. Seems like they never have enough staff scheduled and you end up waiting around for 15 minutes before someone helps you. I have also been charged with things that I have not asked for, such as being sent pictures of checks I've written. Lastly, often the employees end up depositing money or transferring money in the wrong place, and although it is an easy fix, it just makes going to the bank that much more annoying and gives me the impression that they aren't taking their time.

I've never had a problem with any of the staff in my 6 or so years of coming here! Always clean and friendly even when extremely busy.

Manager completely clueless... they don't now their own policies or features to having different account details...they set my daughters account up with a debit card and after MONTHS of trying to figure out why it doesn't work they say that account type doesn't support debit cards just go to a different branch

so rude took me 20 min to cash out some change, then the banker wouldn't let me use the bathroom after. rude
