Taylor is awesome. He stayed in constant communication with us every step of the way, and patiently walked us through all the things we didn't understand right away (which were many, as first-time home buyers). Taylor was able to get us a great rate and completed the process in less than half the time of our credit union. The entire Modern Lending crew were great to work with. We will absolutely be using them for our future loans, and recommending Taylor to friends and family!

Like many reviews before mine, I mirror the sentiment-this process was seamless and easy with Taylor and his team at Modern Lending. This was my first home purchase, and I was nervous of the process. I was prepared to spend hours on all the info they needed and dragged through the mud during the escrow process. This was the opposite! Easy and clear communication almost daily, and very quick! We closed earlier than expected, too. No issues during the entire process either! I won’t hesitate to use Taylor when we purchase our next home, and I would recommend him to anyone looking to purchase property.

Taylor and his team had been such a great team to work with. Going into the loan I had no idea they even existed but they were the best team I've worked with so far. Granted you won't come across many lenders in your lifetime but from what I've worked with in the past, I would put these guys worlds above all of the previous ones.
