We are first time home buyers. A good friend of mine referred me to Modern Lending and I am very glad he did. Everything went smooth for us from A to Z. They have videos to explain each important step in the loan process and a very easy to use online portal to upload all the necessary documents. The team is very responsive and helpful. I was referred to Modern Lending by a realtor that I hated. I was afraid I would also hate her recommendation, but I was pleasantly surprised.
