I have been going to Tax on Time for the past 30 years, and received nothing but 100% great customer service, and professionalism. Living down in Pennsylvania for the past five years I still continue do utilize Tax on time for my taxes. Greg and his staff are very knowledgeable and up to date on new tax changes and laws. Highly recommend getting your taxes prepared by Tax on time, there’s a reason why Greg and his associates have been in business for decades.

CUSTOMERS BEWARE: My father had his taxes done here in 2020 and 2021. Last year, the owner did his taxes and this year, Elissa did his taxes. My father discovered that he owed money that he was never told about from the owner, Greg upon completion of his taxes. After being blind-sighted when he receiving the unpaid tax notice, my father went back to the location and spoke to Elissa to try and get an explanation regarding the tax bill. She explained that the owner made an error last year while doing his taxes. She then admitted that there was a new tax bill that she was unaware of causing another error when doing his taxes this year. While speaking to Elissa, the owner came over to inquire about what they were discussing. Greg took the paper and said “don’t worry about it, I’ll take care of it.” My father left feeling confident they were going to right their wrong. Only to get another notice 2 months later with a penalty. My father returned today to find out why he’s still receiving notices of unpaid taxes. To his surprise, he was mocked, horrifically cursed at and told although he could “take care of it”, he wouldn’t because my father arrived without an appointment. The owner GREG literally mocked my father using a baby voice the whole time and used the “F” word incessantly. My father repeatedly asked why he was speaking in that manner despite my 69 year old father never once cursing or causing a ruckus. Needless to say, rather than being professional and attempting to correct the issue, the owner demanded my father leave the premises for HIS own company’s error. They are not up to date on current tax laws and customers pay the price! Literally. Customers beware….. you’ll have better luck at your local H&R Block.

I had my son's taxes done June 3rd for 3 years (he has passed away). 2020 taxes were sent electronically I have received both federal and state. 2018 and 2019 have not been received by the IRS or the state. I call and I am told they were mailed in June and then said they would resend in September. I guess all 4 were lost TWICE!!! Never again. BEWARE!!

The folks here were the first ever to get my taxes done efficiently, and for a good price. At no time did I feel confused or lack confidence in their work. Highly recommended.
