Working with Table Investment has been a great experience! I have been working with them for over a year now and they have assisted me with the purchase two investment properties during that time. Living out of state it is nice to have a company that is a one stop shop and handles the entire process from the purchase to managing. They are very professional and responsive, keeping you up to date with what is going on. The communication from start to finish is great. Keira and Sulmy are extremely helpful and make the home purchasing process easy and seamless, while Kaleb makes the onboarding and transition to the management side and smooth process as well. Overall Table is great company and I look forward to purchasing more investments through them in the near future.

The professionals at Table are amazing and I couldn't imagine trying to continue my investing without them. Kiera and Shari are some of the most knowledgeable pros I have spoken with and they make everything seem (relatively!) easy; even when I was working and communicating remotely. From finding and vetting a property (which is almost 100% complete up front anyways), the purchase and negotiation, and on to passing the property to their management team; their system should be considered the standard. They are always tweaking and refining and I can't wait to see where they go. Thanks Table for the awesome experience and helping me move towards retirement!

We were blown away by Alyssa, Shari, and the rest of the team at Table. We sold our house right in the middle of the pandemic so we were obviously nervous and hoping everything would go smoothly. The communication and ease that this company brought to the table (HA!) was excellent. They were very efficient sending emails, scheduling showings, and explaining everything to us. The entire process took 6 weeks and OH MY GOD it was a stressful waiting game. But Shari, our client care coordinator, was fantastic in reassuring us over and over again that it was just part of the process. If you’re looking to sell or buy or invest in real estate, don’t look anywhere else. This team is 100% LEGIT. With how unpredictable this year has been so far, Table Investments cracked their whip and settled 2020 down. Not every company can get stuff done in a global pandemic, but Table rose up to the challenge and OWNED it. Thanks again guys!!!

Was on the fence about selling my house, received a flyer in the mail from Table investments so I thought I’d just give them a call. After making the call and providing the details, Honestly didn’t really give it much thought afterwards. To my surprise they had an offer within a month of getting the listing set up. Table investment has an amazing team that is well organized, maintains outstanding communication, and very professional. Shari and Curtis were excellent to work with and made the whole process seem so smooth and easy! Needless to say glad I made the call. Highly recommended! Look forward to working with the team again in the future!

I've acquired 5 properties from Table Investments over the past year. This is the type of company any out of state (or in state) investor should look for in a team in any market, let alone OKC. Kiera and Sulmy provide a stellar smooth and secure negotiation and acquisition experience. Alyssa and Kaleb provide a smooth transition into property management and establish tremendous trust through over-communication. Kaitlin and Spencer do an amazing job managing maintenance and rehabs. They are a complete team under one roof that I wish I could clone and insert into other markets for diversification purposes. I've been generally happy with the OKC B\C class market and hopefully I will never have to test one the main reasons I chose to invest there; resilience in a national market crash.

I recently purchased a property from Table Investments and I have been very satisfied with the service. The whole transaction was smooth with no problems. Communication is very important to me, and they were very responsive. I felt like I could trust them throughout the whole process. Kiera Underwood was a great resource and answered many of my questions in regards to the purchase. Shari Norton also was very helpful in addressing a concern I had. I plan to purchase another property thru them in the future. If you are contemplating a rental property purchase, I highly recommend you start with them. Alyssa has created quite an amazing organization. Thank you for all your help so far. I look forward to working with Table again in the near future. Update 03/16/2020: I am still satisfied with the way my transaction progressed. However, I should have relied on my own "team" in order to facilitate the transaction. In the future, I believe I will utilize my own home inspector, plumber, etc. Although I am sure they did quality work, I question how truly impartial they could be when Table is a major referral source for them. Secondly, the rental property I purchased had some repair issues that came up. These issues came up during the inspection and were known prior to the sale. The seller was a contractor by trade and "fixed" these issues and I believed that was the end of it. However, these two issues came up again and I am now having to get these issues dealt with properly. I may have been too trusting in that regard. I should not have relied on the seller to "fix" these issues and should have verified the quality of work. Shame on me. The moral of the story is that you need your own contractors working on these issues for you. Consider if the convenience is worth the risk. Table functions as the agent for the seller and buyer, but at the end of the day, Table has an incentive to get deals done. Is this enough for me to reconsider using their services in the future? Not yet, I still think they are a great outfit. I would just recommend having your own people verify work done. I will update again in the future with a property management review.

Table Investments is a joy to work with! Everybody there is on the ball, friendly, responsive, and pro-active. If you ever have an opportunity to work with this team, you are in for a real treat. Shari Norton and Kiera Underwood were amazing. We had a lot of anxiety about purchasing our first rental property, but they made us feel so comfortable. The process was easy and they guided us every step of the way. Our experience was soooo good that we are working on our second purchase already!

My wife and I worked with Table Investments to find an investment property while being out of state, and we had an amazing experience. I worked with Keira and Sulmy to purchase a portfolios of 5 rental properties in OKC. I was introduced to the team by my point of contact at Norada Real Estate and I was extremely happy with the service I received with my purchase. Both Keira and Sulmy kept me updated throughout the process which is especially important when I am out of state and after getting into contract Sulmy was on top of things at all times till closing including working with my lender, title co and all sorts of things. I didn't end up going with their property management but as far as the purchase transaction goes I will highly recommend them

If you are an investor who is priced out of your local market, Table Investments is an excellent way to get started in Oklahoma. Alyssa and her team have been fantastic throughout the entire purchase process. They are very responsive and helpful with any questions that come up! Even though they appear to be a very small operation, I was impressed with all of the processes they have in place to make sure everything gets done efficiently. There is great communication through every step of the process. They are also flexible and willing to help meet your individual investment needs.
