They sold us a broken camera, while knowing damn well they sold it broken. The return policy they have does not allow 24 hours to emsure the product works, instead, it was stated that unless you purchase a warranty, you cqn not return the device for a refund.

Very easy process to pawn here. Was in and out quickly and got what I needed till payday, will definitely use again if needed.

Came in with a couple old cameras that were my grandparents - the man helping me was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Answered my questions about products in the store, gave me an honest answer on my products. Unfortunately I wasn’t able to get an offer since they were older products, but I knew going in they wouldn’t be worth much if anything at all. I have been going to this pawnshop since it appearance here. The owner and staff has always been very good, reliable, honest, sympathetic to their customers. I have bought numerous things from here and sent many of my friends who have done the same, with receiving the same respect. In my honest opinion they have best honest prices in town. I wish them nothing but good prosperous lives and to the negative reviews left for them,"in much respect is wanted should be given." Don't come in rude & aggressive, and they shall not with you. If you bring in quality things then they will look at it. That is there lively hood, how they pay their family!!! If they were to take your junk that you got out your trash corner then they would not be able to take care of their family like you try to do for yours!! It is a business so treat it like that

I live about 30 minutes away and I will definitely drive here to come and buy or sell items. Honest and friendly staff.

I have been into Freedom Pawn many times. Michael and his team have always provided outstanding customer service. If I did not live close to the store, I would probably drive halfway across the state to do my FFL transfers here.

Best place to go when on hard times

A colossal in light of Freedom Pawn. Cash was short around then that is the reason I went to a second hand store around the territory. I found Freedom Pawn while filtering for an OK pawn shop. The association was mind blowing. The theory was fantastically keen. They in like way have high examination rate so that is essential for me. The credit cost is even not peculiar goliath. That is the reason I recuperated my thing again when I had the money. The tolerant experts are dazzling. They are better than commonplace and kind. They genuinely care for their customers. They even gave me a ton. I really respect that. I would lean toward not to be short on cash once more, at any rate in case I at whatever point did, I will come back to Freedom Pawn.

This place does not aknowledge any COVID19 procedures and when asked why they are not wearing masks, their answer was "We love America and don't care." If and when you say you do too, this buisness speaks disrespectfully to customers and Veterans and tries to measure you up if you wear a mask and don't support Trump. This business is not some place anyone should support. I do believe thier mentality is detrimental to society and any business. No reql businesses ettique.
