0 stars. Cassie is right, these people are crooked liars who are out to make a buck at the expense others. Management's description of how nicely they offered to assist her was grossly exaggerated. Pawn shops are generally not places run by people who can be trusted, and this one tops the list of dishonest and virtuousless staff. The people that work here like to pat themselves on the back about how trustworthy they are, but it has been my experience that truthful people don't have to go around talking about how honest they are, because they just are. Extra Cash Gold & Pawn sure does work hard to convince everyone they are scrupulous....must be because they aren't. I have had my first and last bad experience with the liars of this trashy establishment.

They price gouge everything. Stolen locked nintendo switch for $300 no dock should tell you everything.

I buy all of my electronics from them! Every TV game system and more have worked perfectly! Loved that they check everything before you leave! always have good specials available! Absolutely love them😍

Went to pawn a ring that wasn’t worth much but I was able to purchase some DVD’s. The staff were a lot of help, friendly, and gave us a great deal. Great experience even though I didn’t pawn anything.

this place is legit! truly the ONLY pawn shop i go to! they have always given me more than anywhere else and most times have given me the amount i asked for and the few times they have not we have negotiated a fair compromise to get me where i needed to be...this treatment was earned though...i have always paid for my loans in full on anything i have in pawn and because of that i have developed a type of "credit" with them and they know that my word is good and that i will be back to pay them what they have loaned me...so yeah we have a great relationship and professional report because i am a customer that keeps his word and in return they treat me very well!

Advertise items on different sharing sites at one price but when you show up the item is a lot higher price in this case almost double the price... when I ask why the price is higher I was told "this is a newer different item than what you saw on there, that item has sold"

I’ve always liked the way they keep the store organized and clean. They usually have a good selection of tools and I go there often to look for tools and ammo etc..

Went in to look for a pistol for my wife I asked questions about recoil/kick on 9mm VS 22 manager wasn’t much help. I overheard the manager talking to another customer about me and my wife’s purchase saying “people trying to play the system, and how you can’t get over on the law” We stopped the ATF background check he was running for the purchase and left the store. I went to del city to a pawn shop I’ve made firearm purchases before in the past and found a bersa 380. Will never return to that shop again. Even if he thought my wife was purchasing a gun for me in her name which wasn’t the case. He should’ve never discussed my business with another customer right in front of me. Totally disrespectful regardless if he thought it was for me theirs no way anyone can assume this woman is getting this for him, it’s prejudice and I WAS discriminated against. I’m not a felon I could’ve easily purchased it.

Love this place everyone’s always so up beat and ready to answer any questions you can think of, very reasonable gun prices always giving me a reason to come back!
