This past Wednesday, I walked into Advance America on a mission, due to someone breaking into my car and damaging the drivers side car window. Without the money, to rectify the situation, I would've been forced to continue to drive around the city with cardboard and duck tape around my car door, and this is where the incredible Ms. Netta Owens steps in. Keep in mind, I had never taken out an installment loan before and the process took around 15-20 minutes. Ms. Owens explained the details of the loan, the process and procedure of the business transaction remarkably. Even when I was concerned about having a credit union instead of a bank, and errors with my online banking app, she reassured me that the money that I was approved for would be on my card within minutes. If you are reading this Netta, you are a lifesaver. Today, I was able to get my car window fixed and have a few dollars left over.
