The manager Sarah at this store is very professional and provides excellent customer service. She and her co worker Jackie are friendly, professional and hard workers, always smiling and a great team. This store is lucky to have both of them!. The store is clean. I have been going to this location for a year now! I love it here. Quick and easy! I love the cashier! She is truly a ppl person. She makes the process go smooth rather you're cashing a check or getting a loan. Just be prepared to laugh! 😍😘😂

Check N Go is a very shady establishment. They cashed a money order that was stolen from me. The money order was already filled it out and the money order company sent me a photocopy. It looks very sketchy but they cashed it anyway! I've been waiting to speak with someone from corporate for a month now! It is not just this location but the whole corporation that is super unprofessional! Would not recommend!

Mandi Alvarez has the best customer service of all time. You will ask me how ? Tier or mad i alway leaving if a smile. On her work she makes paper work easy explained step by step not only for me for some of all the clients i saw her with come in and leaving satisfied

Melissa is great, the store was extremely busy, she was the only one working, and she kept a calm and polite attitude. Good customer is rare these days, so I wanted to take the time and tell Melissa thanks.

This review is on the application process. You are required to have a blank check (who uses checks anymore) which required me to go by my bank and get a temporary check (which had my account and routing number on it). The only thing my check didn’t have was my name, due to it being a temp check. Before starting the process, I explained that my check didn’t have my name, but I could show proof it was my account if needed. The employee told me the check “should” work, then proceeded to get my social, address, email, and employer. After getting all of my info into their system, I’m told the check was not going to work. I asked why, and was told it was because it didn’t have my name on it. So instead of being truthful and upfront, they instead, took all of my info and denied me, with all of my info still in their system. So, if you are ever in this situation, please remember that they will have all of your personal info, and will be extremely deceitful in getting it.
