I have banked for over 14 years with Bank North Georgia. With the recent trannsfer to Synovus I have lost complete confidence in their ability to service my needs.

Have dealt with Synovus for many years

New design of bank lobby terrible. It doesn’t feel like a bank and layout inconvenient. You had to put a marker on the glass panel at front door to keep people from walking into it. The only redeeming quality is the staff.
