Kim Melton from Swan financial was nothing short of amazing when I was in the process of buying my first home. She was incredibly responsive rarely did it take more than an hour to hear back from her when I had questions. She went above and beyond to help me fully understand every aspect of the loan process and she by far got me the best deal possible. When I refinanced my home earlier this year I shopped around to get the best deal I could and yet again she was able to come though with a better deal than anyone else. She’s open and honest every step of the way. She isn’t pushy or sales like you can tell she truly cares about the people she is working with. While working with Kim there were times I interacted with other people from Swan financial and they were always incredibly friendly. I would highly recommend!

Michelle Black and Swan Financial was wonderful throughout the whole process of buying our new home for us and my parents to live together in. Michelle went above and beyond to help me with my elderly parents to help them with the paperwork and technology including coming to their home on a couple occasions. She was able to step it down to make it easy for them and us to understand the meaning of everything to simplify things. I highly recommend her and Swan Financial to anyone buying a home. Also Swan Financial sent text messages and emails daily with warnings of frauds and scams to make sure their clients were fully aware of what to expect and what “they” would never do to keep their clients from getting taken by scam artists.

When we were told on closing day we would be switched to another Financial Company named Swan Financial. Then we were set up with Cindy Yates. Cindy was patience, calm, and understanding with my partner and myself. She made the home buying process very clear and organized. After a month of waiting with the previous company, Cindy at Swan Financial was able to get us closed and in our house within 1 full week. Cindy is such a pleasure to work with I’m amazed at how much dedication she puts into her job so happy that I went with Swann financial. Would no recommend! There was no communication, my mlo done whatever she wanted to with my loan, including having my credit ran 7 times within 2 months. Lying about adding my husband to our loan, after repeatedly being told not to. Delayed the process for a month and had to start the process over and lose our internet rate. I was lied to over and over by multiple people including the “owner”. Just found out this morning our MLO was fired because of poor practice and was only informed because I continued to call because I couldn’t get in contact with our MLO. Poor excuse for a Mortgage Company who doesn’t hold their employees to ANY standards. Pitiful. Doesn’t even deserve 1 star. **since I’m not able to reply to your reply I’ll address that here as well** if it was due to lack of qualifications for a mortgage that would be fine, but it wasn’t and I was able to close on that exact house through you so actually. unfortunately it was just prolonged and made into a fiasco because of poor management but your company which almost caused my family to lose not just money but our home.

We are so grateful that our realtor shared Myra Lochner's contact information with us, as we were looking to finance our new home. The first lender's pre-approval process was taking so long, and we needed a quicker path. So, that's when we were referred to Myra. Myra was able to provide us with the pre-approval we need to start the building process in less than 72 hours. We were stunned because we had already been in a 2 week cycle with the previous lender. It took about 7.5 months to build our home, so we knew the initial pre-approval would expire and we needed to choose our final lender. Swan Financial was 1 of 3 lenders we received quotes from. Walden Mortgage and Mortgage Network, Inc. were the other two. All quotes were really close, but Swan Financial was our choice because their rates were the most competitive and we closed with the lowest monthly payment possible...which was our goal. We must also mention that the process was super detailed and already high-stressed. Myra spoke to me and said, "Trust Me". We were able to contact Myra via text and have her return my communications in a timely manner. From the interest rate to the down payment amount, everything that Myra sent to us in the loan estimation phase, Swan honored when we came to the closing table, and in some cases, it was even better. AND, we were absolutely blown away with the level of quality and expertise that Steve Resch, part of the processing team, exhibited all along the way. This is the 3rd home we have built, so we know the drill. Typically, it feels like you're waiting in a dark hole, while underwriting is doing their thing. We received weekly and sometimes daily updates directly to my email regarding the STATUS of our application. Steve emailed and called whenever he needed clarification or more info. Altogether, the Swan Financial experience was a breath of fresh air. We emphatically recommend this company for first time (or third time) homeowners.

Within a day or two of going over my qualifications, Phillip had me scheduled to meet with an agent to look at houses.
