Sam Fowler was my lender in my recent home purchase. We closed on Feb 12th of 2021 without any realtors involved, first on my condo in DC (I was the seller) and then my purchase of my house in Tulsa. Sam was up for the challenge! HE MOVED MOUNTAINS to get this deal closed. He spearheaded the entire deal, managing all parties involved and made sure everything was handled as fast as possible. He even checked in daily on my sale (per my request) with the buyer’s lender and title agency. If not for him, it easily could have been another 2 weeks before we closed. I’ve never seen someone move with more efficiency in my entire career with working professionals, in any field I’ve engaged in.
