I had a less than great experience with Jeff. This was my first home purchase and unfortunately the experience lacked in everyway imaginable. He lost his voice when he first made contact me however once he regained it, he never called. I called him to introduce myself since he had not even heard my voice, nor I his. I didn't know my loan was transferred from GA to OK until then. I contacted Jeff several times to touch base and ensure we were on track for the loan to close only to be left scrambling the Friday before my closing. I felt like I was just another loan applicant to him. Jeff was not very personable to say the least. Jeff made my home purchase experience feel like a DIY project since I didn't get any information from him leading up to my closing. I figured he must be related to someone there to be able to represent the company that way. My family will make another purchase this year and we will be sure not to use Jeff Moser.

This is my wife and I's third time to use Jeff and his team at Fairway for our home mortgages and there is a reason... Jeff and his team are very attentive, answering every question that we had (Jeff even took the time to explain his answers when we didn't understand them), and Jeff's communication throughout the entire process was perfect (even after hours on multiple occasions). Jeff and his team take a long and lengthy process and make it seamless. Great job!! We highly recommend Jeff and his team at Fairway!!

Fairway was so easy to work with. All of the staff are amazing at what they do and make sure you understand everything. Jeff was so patient in helping us with buying our first home, even though it took us 3 years. He stuck it out and was willing to answer questions anytime we needed him.

I've used Jeff Moser with Fairway Mortgage on my last two home purchases. He is easy to work with because he's incredibly knowledgeable about this process but will walk you through it without ever making you feeling pressured. Fairway Mortgage has invested in a lot of technology with the Home Scouting app and their own app that allows you to upload your documents to get your approval done swiftly and efficiently. I would never hesitate to recommend him again to anyone!

Jeff and his team are simply amazing. He got us through the process and closed in just three weeks. He always takes the time to answer your questions so that you aren't worrying about anything, and doesn't just try to get you off the phone as quick as possible. He is on top of any issues that come up, so that nothing gets delayed. We don't plan on moving again, but Jeff would certainly be the one that I want to handle my loan if I ever did.
