BancFirst S Memorial Dr, Tulsa

Everytime I use this location the tellers are super friendly. They are quick to serve and I have grown to like this location the most. I have been with BancFirst for 9 years and I'm still very happy! I recommend them to everyone I know.

This place is clean professional in every aspect of service disposition. This is a place where people know your name and they’re willing to help and have willing conversations with you. They have respect and treat you like a mom and pop business that wants to keep you. They answer any and all questions. They are one of the few beds to treat you with decencies and the aspect of you don’t have to be a millionaire to be treated like one.

While a customer at Bancfirst, a unauthorized individual (on my account) was able to remove funds from my account with the help of teller Liz Billingsly. The unauthorized individual had gotten ahold of my account information and instead of checking my account, protecting my assets, and calling to inform me of a security breech in my account information, Liz Billingsly failed to even check the account number to verify who it belonged to, funds, etc. This was covered up by Andrea Metcalf and Jenny Hoffman, who signed off on a fund correction. The teller still has a job, and to my knowledge did not even get reprimanded. I did not receive a call when unauthorized funds were removed from my account, nor did I receive a call when there was a correction made to put the funds back into my account. Additionally, there was no apology, no compensation, and no acknowledgment of the teller mistake, fraud, and cover up. On another occasion, I sent my paycheck with another bancfirst customer to be deposited. By policy, checks are to be deposited into the account that the is made out to. It was made out to me, alone, and the cashier allowed the other bancfirst customer to get cash back. Again, no call, no letter, no communication on the matter. When I called, Jenny Hoffman claimed that it wasn't against Bancfirst policy because the back was signed. When I asked for a copy of depositing policy, she refused.

Best local bank ever! Customer service is always outstanding no matter the branch!

My wife and I have been a Customer with Bancfirst for around 30 years and have Banked at this location since 2013, I am very happy every time I have done any transaction there. Very well trained staff as well as courteous. I would recommend Bancfirst to anyone who is in need of great service.

I would give this place negative stars long old blonde hair hag is a awful human. I gave two copies of ID and my ssc and she still wouldn’t cash a check that was for bancfirst from Cherokee nation child support the check was less than 60$.. never have I had such a hard time with my children there also! So rude and hateful. Use a different bank people!

Awful customer service. Always holding my checks so I can’t get access to my money and charge fees for everything. I do not recommend this bank.
