Velta Augusta - State Farm Insurance Agent S Memorial Dr, Tulsa

I am new to the world of finding my own insurance, and Velta and her team have been so helpful with explaining concepts that are new to me and helping me find great rates. Some insurance agents I have encountered feel impersonal and cold, but when I recently was in a car wreck, Velta's team was warm and kind and frequently checked in on me without me asking. It is truly a strange feeling to not mind talking to an insurance agent, but I genuinely enjoy talking with Velta and her team. Thank you for making potentially stressful experiences feel easy. Cannot recommend highly enough!

In December my daughter moved to Tulsa and needed a new agent. I was able to get her all set up over the phone. When we went into the office, everyone was so nice and helpful, I felt like I picked a great agent for my daughter. I had to call this morning with a question, and Brandy remembered us and what my daughter was doing in Tulsa. This to me say's a lot about Velta's agency. They don't just treat you like a policy, they treat you like family. Totally recommend Velta and her team.

Brandi is absolutely amazing! She completed a quick insurance review with me and added coverages that I needed or didn’t have, increased them etc and she knocked it out the ball park! I was totally shocked to see my premium only increased a couple of dollars per month. Brandi made sure to add every discount possible and suggest coverages that would fit my lifestyle. Due to my personal schedule, it was challenging for me to nail down a time to come into the office and sign papers. However, Velta was flexible and was able to come to my location and I was able to finalize my policy in between meetings.

I called Velta about 9:30 a.m. because of a car issue. She directed me to the roadside number on the back of my card and asked if she needed to help get in touch with them. I called the number and they had someone at my house within 15 minutes, it was great. They got my car started and I was on my way to the dealership. In all total from my call to Velta to getting on my way was maybe 30 minutes. Later that day, Velta called me to make sure all went well. Anytime I have a question I just call the office and anyone I talk to is very friendly and helpful. I am very glad I have Velta as my agent.

I've had several insurance agents with different companies over the years and I can say that Velta Augusta is the best agent by far. She and her staff are very attentive to their clients needs. She keeps me and my family updated on new product offerings as well as letting us know when something is not right. I can't be more impressed with the level of detail her agency provides. We've received calls to inform us when our policies have a rate reduction; she's verified a rebate when we thought it was a hoax; to recently having her assist with the transfer of one of our vehicle policies to another state when we gave the vehicle to our daughter. She explained everything in detail but the new agent didn't process the policy correctly and she coordinated with the new agent until the policy was written correctly. You don't find customer service at that level often and I'm really glad we selected her as an agent! She makes having insurance easy. Thanks Velta and team!

As a minister and business owner myself for over 20 years I know firsthand when customer service deserves cheers,. As does all of Velta’s staff but especially Victoria.Augusta.Who on the day of my at fault accident. This young and mature lady distinguished herself to me for all times by being able to intuitively look beyond my fault and addressed my need for respect with simple common courtesy. This level of customer respect should be included in all training of people handling claims interactions between State Farm and their clients, and deserves the attention of State Farm’s corporate headquarters.

I had worked directly with Velta who provided timely customer service; she was very responsive to my plight, and her efficiency and expertise, resulted in immediate support with another agent in Los Angeles who helped me with an auto insurance transfer from Oklahoma to California.

Since this past June, I have been working with State Farm to resolve a theft claim for my motorcycle. It's been a confusing case, especially because the vehicle was found after I had already sent off papers to have it considered a total loss. I'll be honest, there have been times when I've been frustrated with State Farm (of course, having a theft is frustrating to begin with). But Velta and her team have always been helpful. If I'm having trouble with service, I call Velta, and she and her staff get things sorted. I appreciate all the help they've provided during this experience.

I have had my car, motorcycle, renter's insurance, and a personal effects policy with Velta for 7+ years. In addition to the great insurance rates I have 😉, she and the rest of her agents are always helpful, efficient, and super-friendly. I always feel welcome when I call or visit the office and never like they are too busy or don't feel like helping me. If you are looking for an insurance company that offers great rates with a personalized touch, you should give her services a try. I'll be sticking with them; I haven't had an issue yet.
