So I went today to see if they would buy my Kate spade bag, since I was informed they buy (MK, KATE Spade Hand bags) my Kate spade is basically brand new, I’ve had it for almost six months. An because I didn’t have the receipt they didn’t want to buy it off me???? An they only wanted to give me 25, for it I forgot that i had the Authenticity card inside the bag. This women had curly hair An glasses, I was annoyed I stated the bag was a gift there for I didn’t have the receipt, I’m not going back again I wasted my time. I’m better off on OfferUp.

Rude, as far as customer service goes. Overpriced selection.

If I could put this place in the negative with stars best believe I would. The staff are all rude and no one knows the value of anything. There should be rules in place against the kind of ripping people off that this place practices on a daily basis.

Picked up an Apple watch for my daughter and couldn't get it to work 😩. We had a 15 day warranty and took it back the next day. Daniel was the person that helped me purchase and he was there upon my return. Daniel looked at me and smiled Lol I told him I would be back brought phone and watch to him and he hooked me up! Daniel gave great customer service and did it with a smile!

This is the first pawnshop ived been doing business and honestly i had a good experience with them they always work out if how much i needed.they do the best that they can to give me what i need. And i purchase some jewelry from them with a good deal price they are willing to negotiate and they always value me as their customer...

New management, new team huge improvement. Willing to haggle with you on prices and doesn't bs you. Ton of clearance super cheap. I literally offered them $5 for a clearance computer monitor marked at $20 and the girl said sold! Fun experience.

The young man who helped me was very polite and professional. However a young lady by the name of Victoria came to his register in the middle of the transaction to take money out of his drawer stalling my process. Without explanation or anything. Then proceeded to gossip while doing that with another femal staff member . I had brought in a few rings to sale which I ended up moving forward with two. One of the rings the most valuable I might add of the two I sold she loudly and most rudely and unprofessionally made a comment that it looked fake . Which obviously after the test proved it wasn’t. I will not be back to that place strictly based on this little girls attitude and unprofessional comments. I was literally in shock by how she conducted herself. The crazy part is with her pulling money from the register means somehow she managed to land a supervisor or management roll . Point being I was very upset by how she acted and stalled my transaction when I had already been there for about a hour. If you go try and get helped by one of the men there. But even then she may still manage to disrupt ur transaction while trying to low key belittle u in the process. I gave 4 stars because I’ve been to this location before and yes the lines r a bit longer but they r usually professional knowledgeable and respectful and fair with price. Maybe Victoria just shouldnt leave the back room.

Lol its the pawn shop what do you expect. But they do have great service here. Very personable.
