Could never have asked for a smother, friendlier, awesome, refinance experience! Never thought I would feel a financial institution had my best interest at heart, rather than my loan interest, but they certainly accomplished it, flawlessly! Had all questions answered, concerns eased and saved me a ton of money! If you have any mortgage or refinancing needs, I highly recommend hitting up Chrissy Brewer with New American funding!

Yessinia was great from day 1 to when Escrow closed! Would recommend New American to anyone - yes it does take time folks - a lot is involved but New Americans people were patient, very thorough (hence why they ask for so much documentation etc... ) and on top of the entire process. Even after it closed Yessinia followed up on the funding for me! In this day and age of feeling like your being "Handled" or rushed through and everything is so impersonal -not with New American Funding - Everyone I spoke with and especially Yessinia and Dave - took the time needed to make it as comfortable and personable process as possible! They really went above and beyond to let me know not only were they getting things done as quickly as possible but also that I understood the process and they were thorough - no surprises that could derail everything at the last moment. Yes it takes time and YES you need to do your part to help things go smoothly ...communication is key guys and never in this entire process was I ever treated disrespectfully or rushed or as if I was just a number. The rate and closing costs provided in the loan estimate were very competitive. After locking in the rate, the closing costs were increased in the closing disclosure by about $500. I challenged it and was contacted by a manager who suggested I look elsewhere if I didn't like it. I closed the deal in spite of the behavior of this lender but can't in good conscience recommend them to others after my distasteful experience. Even so, the loan consultant and closing specialist I worked with were very responsive

My recent house purchase through New American Funding, and particularly with Anna K as my loan consultant, was probably one of the easiest things I have ever done - largely thanks to Anna's help. Last month I purchased a home, while fully remote, and every step of the process I felt 100% supported. Responses were quick. Advice was right on point. I had previously purchased 1 house years ago but had forgotten much of the process, and Anna was perfect in walking me through everything I needed. She also stayed up on top of the various moving parts to make sure nothing would delay our closing. I 100% would do business with both New American Funding and Anna again in the future, without a doubt.

New American Funding did a great job with my mortgage refinance. The whole process took only three weeks from start to finish. Everything was done online, except for my meeting with a notary to finalize the paperwork. I had frequent phone communication with my loan representative, Cody Sweet, who was very knowledgable with answering my questions. I would highly recommend using New American Funding.

Lynnette was an amazing help. She convinced me to refinance to take advantage of their low rates and it was a great decision. I’m saving over $350 a month on my mortgage and the process was fairly simple. If you’re computer savvy and can get the required signatures submitted in a timely manner then you can close rather quickly. Will definitely look to use this company in the future.

John Klarin was extremely helpful and patient with me during my refinance. During the process I had to have surgery and John made sure that all of necessary details were handled so that escrow could close on time. I will definitely be recommending him in the future.

New American Funding has been a joy to work with. My loan officer, Grace, was quick on her feet, helpful, fair, and honest. It was nice having her in my corner looking out for me during the loan process. I highly recommend this company as there was a discrepancy in the quoted costs and they abruptly took care of it along with answering all of my other questions and concerns. When there is a discrepancy, you get a chance to see the true colors of the companies you do business with. They have more than earned my business.
