This is a fairly good pawn shop as far as a decent and varied stock that changes frequently. You can find some pretty good deals depending on what you're looking for. I'm not sure about their loans but I'm pretty sure they are similar or somewhat like most of the other shops in town. One way they are different is with the electronics...most will give you 24 hrs to return for store credit if you find it not working and we're unable to test it at the shop...they do not. It cost them a star/star and a half...

Don't expect much from this place. They told me my Titleist golf clubs weren't good enough for them. All the while they have Invicta watches in the cabinet for sale. That watch brand is in no way high end. Hypocrites they are. The clubs by the way were barely used hardly a scratch on them or scuffs on the bottom of the driver's. So someone at the thrift store will get a nice set of Titleist Tour Model sticks.

I never write reviews, but here we go. I was sold an electric board on the 7th of February and purchased a 50 dollar warranty ( lasts 15 days ) thinking that mattered. Collectively cost me 400 bucks. Fast forward to yesterday ( the 18th ) when i used it for a commute. The board went full send 15mph with me on it and would not respond to braking, then would not turn on anymore but came to a stop over time. You think they would test it before selling it. Extremely dangerous if it took me through a red light right? Life happens and I lost my debit card a few days prior. They would not refund me 350 dollars in any way regardless of showing a receipt, being in the warranty period, having the board, and items because I didn't have the card I used ( basically if i did a cash transaction i would have gotten my refund back ) I'm not mad about the refund, I'm disappointed im S.O.L 350 bucks with a defunct board.

Big time lowballers lower then most and don't keep there promises bet if I was same race I get better deal

I was disinclined to believe the bad reviews about this location and Super Pawn in general until I had been there myself, but have to say the whole process was extremely dissatisfying. I was helped by a Hispanic gentleman in his mid twenties (I’d use his name if I knew it) with short black hair. Details only because he did not want to seem to actually help me and did not do me the courtesy of at least seeing what the items I was pawning would fetch me. Plain and simple he offered me $80 for all the things I brought. I brought the exact same items to EZ Pawn on Maryland and Sahara and they offered me $140. They were much more friendly and took the time to service a customer. I reccomend trying this EZ Pawn or any other before considering a Super Pawn.

They have a jewelry store and offered me fair pawn value for my gold necklace. I'll be back to get my necklace and will use them again. Overall an easy pawn and great experience.

Four years of spending roughly $3,000.00-$4,000.00 per year or more, inside this one store location …. Today they decided an item I have used no less than ten times is no longer valuable to give me the same loan… The managers attitude about it has just cost this store all of my business effective immediately and I’ll be using EZ pawn from here on out . Hope that $20 is worth losing the hundreds I’ve spent per month since 2018! Don’t treat loyal customers like we just came in off the street! Never use or shop in any Super Pawm or cash america again …. That’s the last time that ever happens

Went to buy a Nintendo Switch. Worst customer service. Lady behind the counter couldn't care less that I wanted to spend $300 in the store and every question I had seemed to be a giant inconvenience. I would have bought it, but she turned me off so much on the experience I just said forget it and left. I'll go to a different pawn. There's thousands of them around here.

Came to this place at 9 am when they had barely open and the lady who helped me had the worse attitude. No greetings as people came in the building, no customer service, i had to walk up to one of them ladies and ask her to show me a TV that was inside a box to see it working, i was told it was brand new so it should work but yet it was missing the stand, the lady also seemed to be bothered because i made her take the the tv out and i was not interested. The lack of customer service and attention is unbelievable!
