Bank of America Financial Center S Jones Blvd, Las Vegas

The ATM won't deposit checks over 2500 so I have to wait in a ridiculous 30 min line no matter which branch I go to just to deposit a check. It's sad this bank does not take care of its customers.

Terrible service. You have 4 employees in the back and only 1 person working . They had 12 customers waiting in line . They did everything they can to avoid eye contact. This is part of the reason I am taking my business to another bank. The one thing they are consistent about is providing terrible service .

In 1963, Dr. Martin Luther King said: “Injustice anywhere is a threat to justice everywhere. We are caught in an inescapable network of mutuality, tied in a single garment of destiny. Whatever affects one directly, affects all indirectly. Never again can we afford to live with the narrow, provincial 'outside agitator' idea. Anyone who lives inside the United States can never be considered an outsider anywhere within its bounds.” This branch and its staff come across as being socially and culturally illiterate. I closed my business account with BOA on account of my experiences with this branch. Revamping the staff or shutting the branch down completely may benefit the society and community at large.

It's 1:50 pm and not one window open inside! Line is growing.

The security lady has a horrible attitude and harasses everyone coming there and are waiting outside in the heat. It has been brought to the attention of the bank management and seems they have not taken any action. Because every time she gives more tough time to the customers and gets pleasure doing that, even when they're respecting the rules in place. She is completely covered and you can't know who is this person. I have been coming to this bank for years and was my favorite bank. Now because of this security lady I don't want to go to this branch.

Closed or under construction most of the time. Why are they now open from 10-4pm? Typically one person working the front with long lines. They need more people to help at Bank of America

Sadly this corporate financial institution has followed the less is more customer service guidelines way of doing business. In addition they target minorities with service fees for both checking and savings accounts. Families that struggle to live comfortably financially and need to work 2 jobs are penalized for not holding an average checking account above $1500 unfortunately this shows a lack of empathy for those us that work hard to stay above water. These banks that take advantage of minorities should be held accountable. We should come together by boycotting their services. I closed my account and opened an America First Credit Union. I strongly recommend opening an account there as they have no service fees penalties attached.

A professional and well-managed branch is the best way to describe this boa on Jones. Very sweet and respectful branch manager I believer her name is Adrian/Adriannna? Epitome of a leader she is. Always eager to help, and is always involved throughout the day to ensure day is running smoothly

The manager refused to let me in to the bank because I had a Bank of America unemployment insurance debit card. She demanded I use the ATM instead, but it doesn't dispurse 5's or 1's which is why I wanted to use a teller. Every visit to any Bank of America is such a disappointing experience, which is why I closed my checking account years ago!

I would like to leave 0 stars.... however, there was some glimmer of hope in this place that the locals have dubbed.... "The Worst Bank of America in Las Vegas Bro" -The sign outside was helpful in telling me the temperature. I would recommend that they shorten the time on the Celsius side. It's extremely confusing and twice now has negatively affected my dress attire for the day. Nonetheless, nominate for "employee of the month" - as it is the only helpful & hassle free service at this location.
