very bad administration is always very full 20 to 25 people in line waiting, but it is because only two people are attending and two people Debra's de eyas looking at what they do very badly. I can't believe it's more than 60 minutes to serve us

Terrible service inside. One cashier and a manager that just looks on like the line isn't getting any longer. Don't recommend at all.

Waited over 90 minutes in line to get a Cashier's Check. 21 people in line and only 1 teller window open. Completely unacceptable. Please don't send me a form reply to use mobile banking. I need a dam Cashier's Check. You can't get a Cashier's Check thru mobile banking. Completely incompetent.... funny how all 15 reviews below mine say the same thing. They know the problem and just don't care.... again completely unacceptable and incompetent... THEY JUST DON'T CARE

Line out the door with over 25 people. 1 person behind the counter. At least 3 other employees walking around doing nothing. This place is a pathetic excuse for a business. I understand it's corporate but this is shameful.

I stood inline for 10 minutes before I asked a customer service person why there were 4 office agents serving 3 people in the lobby when there were 18 people in line and only one teller serving them. She responded that they always have 2 tellers. I told her there was just one. She said that she was getting cash. There was now 20 people in line and after 2 more transactions that took about 5 minutes each, I left. This was by far the worst BAnking experience I have ever had.

I have been waiting in line for over 30 minutes on my lunch break to pull out money from an account I do not have a card for, hence why I have to wait in line. The wait is absolutely ridiculous and nobody has reassured me that they will be with me in a moment. The location needs a reform!

PLEASE DON'T GO TO THIS ATM. THEY ARE BEING SCAMMED. I TRIED TO TAJE OUT $500 FORM THIS ATM AND IT JUST TOOK MY MONEY AND SAID THERE WAS BANK ERROR. THE BANK DID NOT WANT TO GIVE ME BACK MY FUNDS. IM TIRED OF CALLING THEM BUT THEY DONT TAKE OUR MONEY SERIOUS THIS BANK IS A SCAM. I TALKED TO THE BUSINESS BANKER AND LIKE 10 OTHER PEOPLE IN THEIR CLAIMS DEPARTMENT.

One person at the counter, 20 people in line. I literally drove to another location and it's faster than if I would've waited. Stop being cheap and have enough staff to serve your customers before we take our business elsewhere.

Bank of America no longer knows how to address the needs of it's clients. Never have I waited longer in bank lines than the last several years with this bank across the country. The greeter/manager walks around doing nothing beyond saying hello and helping with the small problems of the few while the numerous in need of help are left to wait. Banks need to modernize for fewer people visiting and expensive branches, I understand. Do it smartly - partner with other banks, grocery stores, the post office, or otherwise to have numerous points of contact around town. They are not being smarter and it's angering the client who has a business or does more than just get direct deposit. At this branch I would go as far to say that they discriminate. I was in the business line and every teller, all who were of Asian decent, skipped me 3 times for those in the main line who were Asian. When a Euro-decent guy reached the front of the main line they called me.
